1 ★drone is awesome! I cannot get the sky viper video viewer app to work. can anyone help? I installed on galaxy s10 no luck. installed on an older galaxy s6, it got to the firmware update but no further. My other drone runs on the 2.0 version and works great! with the journey. the one i cannot get to work is my 2450 fpv.

1 ★Update to my post that got no answer. I hope this helps people to get it working. Download the app. Long hold on the app icon and select 'app info'. Go to app settings, then permissions and allow location and storage. I also went to mobile data in app info and turned off allow background data usage. It's too bad this fix is not found in any of the critical comments.

1 ★it will not let me connect to the drone, tells me I have it will connect when I have better internet connection, I have 5 bars of service 5G...it doesn't get much better then that! 2.0 app made me download the other app because it says it's out of date, how do I go about fixing this as I can now only use my drone in indoor mode...not gps mode, please advise as to what to do, have owned this drone for years, same phone, same drone...haven't used it in about a year and now this...

4 ★App works with the update. Using on Note 9. Hold down on app icon go to app permissions turn on both permissions. Force close app and clear all data reopen app once connected to drone wifi. App will open and everything works correctly. Would be nice if you could fly with just an app over having to use a controller.

1 ★Can't connect to drone consistently, some time it work, but most of the time it doesn't.

4 ★Initially stuck on setup. In Android app info settings you have to manually allow storage and location permissions. Then it works fine.

1 ★This app is awful, when you try to connect the sky viper app to your phone it does not work. I would not recommend this app because as poor connection from the app to the drone.

1 ★App does nothing on either android or apple platforms. Stays locked on initial screen even after skyviper device is selected. Followed instructions to the letter unistalled and reinstalled app several times on both both platforms. New version of app tells me drone software is older version and automatically redirects me to old app. Fortunately drone is usable without app.

1 ★This app doesn't work with Pixle - got a v2450 FPV and tried running in airplane mode with blue tooth off and even cleared my wifi memory to make sure the only signal that my phone was looking at was the drone. and the app wouldn't go past the instructions. I tried calling help phone # and the voice mail said to send email. I sent 2 with no response.

1 ★App does not work on any newer phone dont bother trying to use it, there is no way to make it work you will just waste time. Please fix this app it was good back when it used to work.
