1 ★Stuck on the unlocking motorcycle screen for 20 minutes. Even reinstalling the app didn't fix it. Missed my appointment because of it :) Not gonna recommend revel to anyone who is trying to use it for reliable transportation

3 ★App does not load Ride share. It is stuck on the survey screen of a device running Android 13 Pixel 6 Unable to see order or select a ride. App cache cleared, then removed and reinstalled with the same issue. Latest app update did not resolve this issue.

1 ★Signed up for the app today and everything seemed to work fine. Went to grab a ride and every time I tried to begin ride I was just presented with 'oops something went wrong'. Also, map stopped displaying any mopeds. After many tries including phone restarts I deleted the app and started again. Now I can't even log in. Very frustrating experience all round.

4 ★love the panoramic roof. you need more cars so that we don't have to wait as long.

1 ★App didn't update to show pickup, app failed and constantly refreshed during rating and overapplied charges

1 ★A pop-up warning about no Internet connectivity pops up and disappears automatically in a loop, rendering the app unusable.

2 ★As much as I'd love to have electric alternatives, it's way too long expensive. On average it's 40-50% more expensive than Lyft or Uber, and taking scooters is basically the same price as a car.

1 ★No cars available, and it's in New York. Gave it another try, pick up in 20 min, more money than lyft or Uber, with pick up in 2 minutes. Uninstalling

1 ★The worst app in the store is unbelievable they suspended my account just because i wanted to change my phone number they come and say is my license, my license is clear!!!
