2 ★Need to improve filtering, ideally similar to filtering available in the Nordstrom app. Also, was holding a few items in the cart and found that after a few days, my cart was zeroed out. I invested time to search for those items since filtering was less than ideal and Ito have it removed from the cart was frustrating. I will not waste my time again.
2 ★There is no connection between email inviting for an event, and the app. The link in the email never brings me to the event it advertises, but to general rack app. Though I have it installed on my phone, it always brings me to the Google store, where I have to press Open. Very annoying. Have to wait until I return home to mycomputer.
1 ★The old version of this app was tremendous! It was, no contest, my favorite retail app. This new one is terrible and I wish I could give it zero stars!!!! I can't even shop with it. They changed everything that made the old app awesome. It's hard to find anything and just all the options are subpar and extremely frustrating. If I hadn't already been a user I would NOT download or keep this app. It's that useless. I may still delete mine, and it used to be my most used retail app.
1 ★Fatal flaw: No sharing option. When I want to share item/url with SO (essential part of online shopping), I have to switch to mobile site. Items automatically removed from cart way too fast. Unsophisticated filter system is virtually useless. (Item subcategories should be a filter option, or filters shouldn't need to be reset with every new subcategory.) Can't tap on items from orders to get to original item page. Developers should study better online shopping apps, like Amazon.
2 ★Loved the app until the Nov. 8 update. It broke the app... totally unusable. Tried to remove and reload the app and now it's stuck at 75%. Looks liked I'll be shopping elsewhere. Update: the app finally did load. Unintall the app, restart your phone and then re-install the app. Hopefully, it works for you. Unfortunately, that didn't resolve the issues. Still getting "we're having trouble connecting right now"
2 ★App is generally fine but sometimes freezes. The only thing I really dislike is that I cannot save for later or add to a wishlist. This way, my items are lost and I lose an item I was planning on buying. I won't waste my time looking for it all over again, so please add this feature. Or at least don't clear my items from my cart.
1 ★This app never works. Every time I try to use it, it tells me that there's a connection error. I only installed it because there was a $5 off coupon if you did. But it wouldn't let me place the order through the app. I had to place it on my computer because it kept having the same connection error. And now it still won't let me track the order. If the entire purpose of the app is to order things, how about make sure that that function actually works...? Just a thought.
2 ★Super bummed. I have used this app for years. I love it. Until recently I have been logged out and for some reason unable to lock back in. I have had 1 time that it made the mistake of doing an order twice and the store and customer service took care of it and refunded. But other than that this app has been great. I really hope they fix whatever is going o with this app soon or provide an update on whats going on. On a positive note, I'm saving money 😊
4 ★I love Nordstrom Rack so being able to shop from home just made me love it more. The only thing missing from this app is a "wish" list or "favorite" list. You can hold it in your cart, but it doesn't stay there long. I had a whole bunch of stuff I was going to purchase, but I got busy, and when I went back later the cart was empty and I didn't have time to search thru everything again, so I didn't purchase anything.
1 ★NOT GOOD I GIVE THIS APP ZERO STARS Search feature is very poor!!! App Times out so quickly you cant spend any time shopping or pay...I get to my cart and everything has timed out!!! I tried to use a gift card and still had to input my credit card to plce the order. i am not sure what got ordered and what did not. Ive gone online 3x to shop and place an order - same crappy experience every time. deleting this app...very bad experience.
1 ★Loads of problems. Log in button doesn't work. Some items cant be added to the cart, even though they arent sold out. Sold out items are still listed for sale. Clicked on orders, and nothing appears. I've purchased items, only to receive an e-mail that they're sorry, but there was a problem with inventory and the item I purchased is no longer available. Then a refund. Absolute crappy site.
1 ★NEVER works as it should! Items being removed after you've placed your order. Nearly every order for 2-3 years is incomplete. App is nothing but errors. Quality of clothing is comparable to TJ Maxx. Save your $ and frustrations. I will not be shipping w/ Nordstrom rack anymore. Oh! And their rewards? A joke. You have to spend what seems like thousands before you even get a $20 note.
