1 ★honestly the only good compliment i can give this app is that it has decent prices. but besides that this app is no help! neither is the website! the website is so slow & keeps making me refresh the page so i have to start over. on top of that, i decided to download the app because i thought it would be better but its the same, i keep having to restart because everytime i click on a shoe, it shows me an an error. also everything is out of stock, and it tells you last minute! beyond annoying!!!!!
1 ★Bad customer service and no email response. I recently returned an order , it has been a full week since the tracking shows that they have received my return and no one has replied to any of my emails. The call center has an answering machine redirecting you to send an email to customer service... well good luck with that! Like I said its been a week and no response!!! Uninstalling the app and never purchasing from this chain again, I'm extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated.
2 ★Sense the new update it's gotten a lot worse. I find it more challenging to navigate and find the things I need. The the shop portion at load up reads error practically all the time and it's constantly logging me out, forcing me to exit the app and come back. I really loved how it gave me a week long calendar look at the upcoming shoes, now I cant even tell. Please bring back the old look with slight updates if youre trying to improve it.
1 ★the app sucks. it constantly signs you out. i dont know any app that just manually signs you out when you didnt hit sign out when you're trying to buy something. its only a mini website not actually an app because it only redirects you i ordered something thru here it never went thru but someone on their staff was able to charge my card MANUALLY 4X using my card information. had to close my bank account because someone at the company has my card info.
1 ★Horrible app. It doesn't work when it's time to check raffles (which is the only time you need it to work) and customer service doesn't answer when you call them. If you want an extremely frustrating experience, go ahead and try your luck on this POS. Otherwise, just stay away from this and other footlocker affiliated apps.
2 ★App doesn't load earned reward coupons following purchases anymore. Customers have to call customer service to have the reward emailed. Even then half the time they don't work when scanned. Also the app doesn't accept discount codes when entered, but they're accepted if you shop on footaction's website. So what's the point of even using the app when online is more reliable. The same goes for all footlocker associated stores' apps (footlocker, footaction and champs)
1 ★I'm not sure what's going on since this "update" but I can't log in into any of accounts.. Very frustrating when you spend tons of money to gain "platinum vip status", but can't use it to get shoes you've been waiting all year for! Unfortunately I might have to start getting my shoes elsewhere smh..... Fix the app PLEASE!
1 ★I logged out of that app today and it wont let me log back in. It keep saying an error occurred. I know all my log in information and it wont let me in. I then went to the footaction website and logged in with no problem but the app still wont let me log in. Please fix immidiately. Update: I appreciate you guys fixing the problem with the new update, problem identified and fixed in 3 days, I can appreciate that!
1 ★This app was working fine until recent update(On Android). Now i can't even sign in or it's telling me to reset my password. Tried closing, uninstalling, and reinstalling. Footaction, Champs, and Footlocker apps all acting like this. This better not mess with my VIP cause i have platinum or gold status in all these places and i have spent a lot of money in all these places. Really frustrated.
