Become an"Insider" (shopping program) it gets better with the rewards for shopping and even writing reviews that help others in reading your options. HECK, they even give you $40 every year for your Birthday(good for the whole month)!! I have friends that don't give me $40 for my Birthday!
2 ★Many good things about the app, e.g. browsing, synching cart to website, but issues setting up/storing profile and password, payment method, and applying payment and promo code once order complete diminish the positive. Express' courteous and helpful customer service the only thing that redeemed my shopping experience.

1 ★After experiencing so many glitches on the Express website, I downloaded the mobile app hoping it would work better. It's terrible! I created a profile and spent an hour trying to update to earn rewards and points. I subscribed to text alerts and it keeps sending me texts that say "Sorry! We don't understand your msg. Please try again." When filling in mailing address info, I select my state but it won't save it. It will not save my gender. Endless issues!!
4 ★Good, but messes up at least once a month! The filters don't always show the size I select. Also, checking out with PayPal is sometime-y. And it does freeze up sometimes, when it does it's very annoying. Other than that, it works fine. What I put in my cart, stats in my cart unless the item isn't available. It's easy to use.
1 ★Cannot sign in. Been using this app for the last few years, and I spent a lot of money on it.. probably too much. I guess the app has a new-look and update. Now I cannot even get back on it. I had touch ID and password was saved. Did a reinstall. Already sent a link to reset password a few times. Link never ever works. Called customer service, and they couldn't help. Good thing is I'm saving a lot of money, bad thing is I've lost my reward points. It is unacceptable. Who runs their e-commerce??
2 ★While it makes shopping super convenient it seems to never accept payment. I have tried for a while, different days and times, to shop and submit payment but I always get errors like it's down, can't process, or problem submittimg payment. I only use their store card too so I wouldn't expect them to have issues processing their own card. Having to go online to pay defeats the purpose of the app and often makes me not complete the order.
1 ★This rating is for the APP only. There is no way to save your local store. And if you try to look for an item in a store, it claims your store doesn't exist (even if you were there earlier that week). And in the store locater, it falsely tells me my store is closed (hours of operation).
5 ★So far in the 24 hrs. I've experienced its been okay to navigate. But I didn't get my 20% off at check out I don't think. Oh well got a great price fir a pair of jeans ! I love Express clothing and accessories so I'll always be a loyal customer and past manager to the company. Loved working there.

3 ★Sometimes difficult to navigate. Every time when I try to make a purchase via the app I get an error "We are experiencing a problem submitting your information." But when i log into the website, there is no problem. This has been ongoing and is frustrating.
