4 ★so this app actually works pretty well. give it a few months and you will definitely see less junk mail. I do have one complaint though. the scan feature when you take a picture of the junk mail is garbage. 99times out of 10 the suggestions it comes up with are incorrect and you just need to search for the company anyway. with AI today is it really that hard to get a scan function that actually works?

1 ★Just downloaded the app but it refuses to allow me to complete registration. BYEEE
3 ★This app used to be pretty good. Now I literally get crashes all the time. Same paper, stop junk mail isn't responding close up or wait. This is on a Samsung S22. Literally turned on and off my phone and change power settings to Max and high still get crashes all the time.
2 ★I'm not sure if this app works. I continue to get the same junk mail
4 ★So far it has been underwhelming. It takes over a year for some mailers to process in their system, and pending after a year. Further, they don't let you add local town mailers, saying they can't find them in their database. And then they tell you you have to upgrade your plan to a 6 month, but then their app gives you an error saying you cannot change your subscription. Furthermore, I have been scanning junk mail from American Express into PaperKarma for six months, and it has no effect!!!
5 ★Update: as of today I lost the ability to add new addresses to the database. Is this an error or an intentional choice by the company? I use Paper Karma daily and the service has been effective at drastically reducing the amount of junk mail I receive. On top of that, they just updated the app and it works better than ever. Customer service is kind, professional and responsive. I can't say enough good things about this company!
3 ★I have been subscribed for a couple of months. So far nothing I have successfully unsubscribed from has stopped as far as I can tell. I get get a deluge of Chase mail and I have submitted that many times. The app itself is okay but the scanning is pretty useless. Almost never finds the right marketer and never chooses correctly between my wife and I's name on the label Shouldn't that be really easy? Only two to pick from for a match. I will try for one more month and then cancel.
3 ★Was great for a couple of years. Really worked. Now most requests just stay pending for months and support never answers. Finally cancelled subscription today.
