2 ★Tells me to be asleep at the time I am boarding my plane and for 2 hours afterwards Obviously I would have needed to be at the airport beforehand so on the night before I fly it is telling me to get 8 hours sleep 6 of which it is impossible to get.

1 ★Doesn't make sense. The app told me to sleep 24 hours and eat and drink coffee in the middle of that. So yeah...

5 ★Argonne Jet Lag Diet with notifications. Was hard to find in the app market (better keywords would help), but was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set up and use. All the other jet lag apps I tried not nearly as good as this one.

5 ★This is a great app for jetlag. Just follow the rules with discipline and you will see the great results. Make sure to avoid drinking
