1 ★Hi, I would like to know why you cannot buy data with the free airtime you get when you purchase the Sim? Also you cannot buy data using normal airtime but only via a bank card which is not what I've been told by the guy from unlimited who came selling the Sim cards at my house, why mis lead customers?? If I had been told all this I would have never bought this. Really dissatisfied with the unlimited and do not recommend anyone to purchase this!
1 ★I'm getting frustrated with not being able do do anything since I did the upload on this app... It keeps on loading my rewards and it doesn't want to show me my balance it just keeps on loading.. I can buy any dat or airtime because it just keeps on loading... I buy 2 gigs of data around every 2 weeks because it works out to expensive to pit airtime on and convert it into data... Fix this please and soon... I am a loyal customer so please fix this!!!
2 ★I am unable to get my new password. I reinstalled the app two times. I have clicked on forgot password a hundred times. I still did not get the sms with new password. This app is very faulty. On my old phone it did not allow me to add my bank card. Everytime I re install this app it gives me problems. Please fix this. Unlimited data is too expensive, R9 for 25 megs only!!! So I need this app to work please so I can get double data at least

3 ★Good day, I apply for The Unlimited Sim and it was very easy to received it. But not i battle to get my bank card loaded on the sim card to buy airtime and data. Is there perhaps a office in Centurion are where i can go for personal assistance and help. Not sure if i must first insert the new sim card or do i have to wait and still using the old sim card before loading airtime, not sure if this is the problem .Your hep will be highly appreciated Ester
