5 ★When I do go to DQ every few months, it's great to see advertised specials. Our DQ helps you get the discount you are entitled to, or requesting. DQ 19th street almost to Park Lake corner, "many" fast food places in that one area.
3 ★It would be nice to add money to DQ account and the ability to transfer gift card balances into the DQ account on the app. Also, adding a qr code to scan the transaction into the app and add the receipt via photo in case the GQ code isn't scanned.
2 ★I dont quite understand.. the app is DQ TEXAS, yet when i select any DQ, it notes that Texas does not support the mobile app, etc. So basically i can look at the menu and decide what i want before i go wait in line. Not a big deal, just confused on the point of the app. If i missed something, please help & I'll up review to 5 stars! thank you
5 ★I'm changing my review to 5 stars. I finally figured out that when you take a picture of the receipt you have to give it avout 5-10 seconds before hitting okay. Have not had a problem since I started doing that.
1 ★DQ new app sucks. I had 2 of 5 rewards and they change the app and my rewards are gone. Our DQ has good food, but they are so slow. I won't use the drive up because they are so slow and the exhaust fumes are bad when you are sitting in line for 20 to 30 minutes waiting for your order.
3 ★Functional but rewards needs work. It is difficult to redeem rewards. The employee must get the manager to punch in the code. Why can't I just enter my phone number or have a bar code to scan? Also, it would better if the receipts had bar codes to scan instead of taking a picture of the whole receipt.
2 ★I uninstalled the app as it would not allow me to earn or redeem rewards as it would not load the location I was at or any location. I have not changed any settings on my phone. Emailed my concerns but no resolutions.
1 ★Useless app. Theres only a handful of locations to pick from. Kinda unorganized if only certain locations participate. Either they should all have the option or none because its confusing just wasted my time downloading the app for nothing.

1 ★This app is a literal joke. First of all there is little to no selection on the menu. They don't even have a section for sides (fries, onion rings etc). There are 4 dairy queens in my city and 2 within 5 min drives from me. Those dairy queens are acknowledged but can't be ordered from for some reason. When ordering it says my nearest dairy queen is over an hr away when I have 4 of them in my city. This app is trash and whoever runs it should be ashamed of themselves. *and from TEXAS!
2 ★Rewards earned disappear after app is closed. Very frustrating. Uninstalled app until fixed. Go to DQ about once a week, so it would be nice to get rewarded!
4 ★Easy to set up and use. Food menu could be more thorough, but locations and check in offers work excellent.
