2 ★The app works well in almost every respect. It will let you save your favorite orders......except when you try to select a favorite order to reorder it it does nothing......so why have it saved your favorite order if you can't select a favorite order anywhere in the app??? FIX THIS!!!
1 ★Didnt recieve a confirmation email for order, called the store after the proposed pickup time, at first they said they couldnt find the order, then claimed they had it but they hadnt even started the order, then told me it would be a while because they have a line. Its pointless.
4 ★Pancheros... your app is absolutely amazing and so is your rewards program. Please have door dash extend the delivery range by like 5 miles so you can deliver to me :) also its been said a zillion times on these reviews but... please for the love of God let people re-order favorite and past orders. Why is there even a favorite orders section if we can't see an itemized list or hit a re-order button? If you change either of these please reply to my comment! :p
3 ★This app was great but the recent update killed the ability to reorder a last order or do anything with a saved favorite. I have ordered less just because I don't want to construct the order each time. Please fix or revert this.
3 ★I really like it, but there no longer seems to be a reorder button or a way to actually order my favorites, so I have to punch in my order every time like a cave man.
2 ★The menu on the app does not match the menu in the store. in particular, there is no cheese quesadilla on the app. the cheese quesadilla that I order in the store is less money than the quesadilla on the app. A second issue that I have is that the pull down menus on the feedback form in the app do not work so I can't send feedback through the app it will not let me select the items in the menu like state or store location.
1 ★App has so many bugs. Constantly deleting my credit cards, one button will cancel ur entire family order, and the favorite orders do nothing at all or you need to be a genius to figure out how to apply it.
2 ★Shows order history and lets you save an order as a "Favorite," but you can't reorder either a previous order or a favorite. Also completely breaks if you have a VPN active.
1 ★App is glitchy. Repeat/favorite orders do not work. On more than one occasion half of the ingredients disappeared from order to what was sent to the restaurant.
