5 ★I enjoyed playing this game until I started to purchase more coins. Afterwards I noticed this game is good at freezing up when you are about to win a big jackpot or automatically folds your hand so you can purchase more coins and spend more money. Thank you Poker Heat for responding to my issue. As you see, I'm not low budget and won't decrease the rating I gave you because I enjoy the game just because your goal is to have consumers spend more money while neglecting to fix the problem!
2 ★Had a much higher rating initially. Still love most of the people that play on here but gameplay is unrealistic. Too many bad beats to be realistic. Also I have had the best hand and somehow lost to someone we with a lower hand. Also have had 20 to 40 million chips just disappear into thin air and got no response from tech support. Multiple times that happened to me. Also way too many bots here that see everyone's cards. Not realistic at all. But fun to socialize here is the only positive.
2 ★One out of four times when it is my turn the darn thing gives me 1 second to respond. Been like this for over a month. Seem to do even more when I have a good hand. In general I think the game is rigged. Just too many impossible hands in game show up. Plus when you don't opt into and fold to many times same cards for 3 of a kind show up. Will burn my chips 180 mil and un-install. Added star because receive respond. If things get fixed before l unintall I'll elevate my rating.
1 ★Generally fun until the play becomes unrealistic when you have too many free chips then in comes the bots. Repeated 4 of a kind draws or incredible full house draws with whole cards that anyone with any sense would have folded before the flop. Just be aware of that the program is going to take you for a ride at some point in time if you too many (free) chips. Be careful when a new player joins your table with fewer chips than your minimum. It is a bot.
4 ★Here's the problem: Really good game, graphics are great, screen layout is fantastic. Different levels of tables as you gain $ with different ante amounts. Unfortunately game allows high level players & very wealthy players, access 2 novice tables. These players are malicious & max bet the table into folding, no fear of losing because they can sustain loses, a new player or non wealthy player can't. Some tables should be locked to total wealth amounts. It ruins the game. I am high level BTW
1 ★Was a good experience at first, then once you get car enough in the game, it seems that the game is designed where you can rarely win any hands and lose your chips, so you have to buy more. Definitely a difference between earlier in the game and now. It honestly does appear the game is rigged.
1 ★I really like this game, however it constantly looses connection and usually happens when i have a winning hand on a very large betting round. the game itself is great, developer needs to fix the bugs of connection. and this happens regardless if im connected to Wifi or have full bars on my 4g t-mobile network. update 4/12/19.. i now can't play at all.. everytime i get on the app lets me collect my free chips but kicks me off as soon as i sit at a table. i can't play even 1 round. app just dies
1 ★The app let's you do well when you begin, however, after you start to move up, the cards will go against you! I play pocker apps all the time and this is one of the more unbalanced and slow playing apps out there. Tried it, didn't like it, and definitely don't recommend it! 0 stars if possible!
3 ★Top ranking players in the Newbie Court absolutely ruin the game for casual players. I play while distracted most of the time and have lost far more than I've earned by accidentally calling on high bets. An audible warning for all-ins and further separation of the check and fold buttons would help greatly. Overall a fun experience and fast paced gameplay keeps me entertained.
1 ★Bombards you with ads (multiple mandatory ones every time you open the app) and notifications even if you turn them all off. The games are clearly rigged. Tested with dozens of hands and not only did I get a decent hand maybe 1 for every two dozen games, one person at the table would consistently get superior hands like clockwork. Statistically this should be impossible. I was lucky to get a low pair most games. Do not waste your time with this. You will regret it!
4 ★This game definitely has some glitches and issues BUT it's still a great game. Their tech support is surprisingly effective and efficient. Been playing this game daily for years and they give you so much opportunity to win money, you can absolutely play for free. Love the daily challenges and bigger events. Love the different game modes. Would recommend but can't give five stars because of the frequency of the glitches.
1 ★They Should Change their name to RIDPOKER that would fitting name! The poker site looks nice and plays pretty good too! However, I've personally have sent them numerous requests for updates, and for them to fix multiple issues! Everytime I get the answer of we'll look into it and here's some chips, thanks for your input. Seriously, just flat-out fix the issues! It's ridiculous, there's No Fold Button sometimes, the site won't let you come in with a minimum buy in.
