5 ★This app is so easy to use and lets you make whatever changes/substitutions you want to. Updated after I got my order: I specifically ordered 2 entrees because Noodles was running a 2 for 1 special but apparently I didn't go thru the app correctly and didn't get the 2 for 1 price. Once I completed the online order, there was apparently no way to change it so that I could get the 2 for 1 price. The app still makes customizing an order very easy but I wish it would have been able to apply the 2 for 1 price when I checked out. I still give it 5 stars.
5 ★Apart from the restaurant itself already being one of my favorites, this is actually one of the best restaurant apps I've ever used. It's smooth, fast, intuitively designed, and rarely glitches out. Menu items are easy to find and customize. Rewards points are easy to view and update promptly after an order. It's nice to have a restaurant app where ordering food is pretty much always guaranteed to be a smooth, easy experience.
3 ★App fine, install is painful. I used it to place my first order and the experience went smoothly. However, the install was crazy, specifically the calendar for birthdate. I just had to scroll 645 months to get to my birthdate. REALLY? You can't make the current date editable so users can jump straight to the right year, month, and day??!! God helpb those older than me!
5 ★Works pretty great! Overall not too confusing, although if you're new at it, it takes a little bit to get used to. The rewards points idea is GREAT! And they can be used any time - no expiration!!! I'm so happy about that, and very glad they changed it. Making orders online is SO easy. The only problem is that when they run out of something, they don't list it. Otherwise, fantastic!
4 ★Edit 2/26: The UI can be a little confusing to those who are new to the app. Adding a coupon and applying other rewards is not super intuitive, but the ability to order ahead is great, and definitely is a service I use very regularly. Overall Noodles has great customer service, and their app is an extension of their food, which is delicious and worth ordering!
1 ★This app is a joke. It continuously gives me http and connection errors. When it does work it takes forever to load a screen and usually requires multiple attempts to get to that screen. When it failed to process my order after literally a dozen attempts I gave up. Worst user experience I have ever had with an app. The current version of this has major issues.
5 ★I'm updating my review because I experienced no issues or problems placing an order today. Not sure how fast delivery will be but I'm in no rush. Ordering was easy, available offers were obvious and easy to select. Thank you for fixing the tech! My review from February: I tried to order delivery the other day but it said it wasn't available in my area. Just tried to order again - for pickup this time - and I keep getting different errors! Very frustrating. I will be ordering from somewhere else!
1 ★One of the worst mobile food apps. There's something wrong with the font sizing for my device. I also got a 403 error when I tried to place an order today. Updating the app fixed the problem, but it is a pretty big red flag that these error codes are ever visible to end users. My free entree disappeared from the checkout screen and then randomly reappeared. My wife couldn't order extra veggies without also ordering extra sauce. Tons of bugs. Shocked this has a 4.7.
1 ★I used to use the app all of the time. Now there are so many issues when ordering. The updates are seriously annoying, especially when I receive error messages at checkout. I don't order from Noodles & Co often, but it's been two months. I've had to call to place my order, where I'm met with confused individuals. I'd love to experience a quick and easy purchase again.
1 ★UPDATED: I logged in the noodles through desktop version first time and found the redemption was updated which is different than the information on the mobile app. Reward option for order is not alway working, and my points were not updated. Whenever clicking the confirmation button from redemption of the point, there were error messages such as HTTP 400, and the reward points earned from paid orders were not appeared. I was never able to use my points, and the points will be expired soon.
1 ★This app is an amazing piece of garbage. It's slow to load. It constantly wants to know my location. Why does it want access to my photos? Above that, I can't even place an order with it. I tried to place an order and it just boots me out to the main selection screen. As soon as I select my order size, it throws away my order and has me start over. So much for saving me time like it's advertised.
3 ★I like this app over all, the 2 critiques I have are the font point size for descriptions of items feels either 1 pt too small and the font is either too thin or maybe it's not 100% black? But losing contrast and hard to read. Also the rewards section makes you choose ahead of time to pick your reward to use b4 I know my final order. I wish there was a tab in the normal process. But the other images and color's are fine. Our store near me treat me good every time I'm there & yummy food!
