3 ★I installed this to access the certificates I just bought through work they mention using the app instead of printing them. It don't seem to be able to login to the linked account. If I'd known I I would have to print them, I wouldn't have bought them. I know nothing of the app otherwise.
3 ★Love the deals but I can't log into my app. I was in the restaurant and was able to log in after many attempts then when it was time to pay it bumped me out and wouldn't let me log back in. I went to the desktop site off my phone and was grateful that the restaurant let me use the certificate still.
1 ★Can't log in. Was always able to, however no longer can. How are we supposed to use the certificates of you can't access them. Don't think I'll be waiting my time with this anymore! I hope all the restaurants that use your advertising know your app doesn't work!
1 ★Went on to use a gift card I got from my phone company and the app and site were the most difficult and frustrating app to use. It was slow, kept locking up, wouldn't let me apply the gift card, kept saying the cart was empty. So it will never get my attention again or money for that matter.
1 ★Less an app, more a lazy web portal. Forces sign-in with email/pw at every launch. The whole point of a dedicated app is to remove the hassle. Needs a major refresh, hopefully with a better aesthetic redesign as well. Material guidelines aren't hard!
1 ★I had $50 to redeem, and the app is so convoluted and messy it took me nearly an hour to even be able to redeem it. Then, i cant even use it at any half way decent restaurant. Then i cant even use it at crappy places unless i obey wierd restrictive rules. A huge waste of time. Im just not going to redeem my $50.

1 ★**DON'T USE THIS APP OR WEBSITE!!** This app and website are terrible to try to use! Most of the time I can't load new codes, then once I get them in and get to a restaurant I can't get them to pull up. Just put a code on my account last night and now I can't get logged in. I even changed my password and still cant get in. I get codes every month from my Verizon rewards. I will be switching to a different reward and not using this anymore! I was planning to use one for lunch today and now can't.

1 ★App does not work. I can get into web site with username & password, but not in app. unistalled, reinstalled, rebooted phone, changed password again & again. I have to print certificates to use them because I cannot use the app on my phone!
1 ★Confusing descriptions and bad technology. Paid for $25 "certificate" ended up being just a membership to receive coupons. Tried exchanging the 2nd certificate and since I didn't check out during that session the $25 credit disappeared completely. I counted the money I spent as a loss and just won't use the app again..
