How to install Lorex Cirrus APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Lorex Cirrus APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

5 ★I can no longer view my cameras or notifications unless I'm connected to my home wifi. That defeats the purpose of having the app on your smartphone. I'm really disappointed. It used to work and now it doesn't. UPDATE contacted customer support and Roger got my issue resolved! He showed me how to update my firmware. I can now view my cameras on my phone without having to be connected to my home wifi.
2 ★This app freezes up and doesn't refresh most of the time. Not good if someone pills up and your away from the house. You wouldn't know someone is at your house. Poor customer service
1 ★This has got to be the worst application I have ever encountered. It will not load unless I am right by the modem/box. If I have to be that close I can see everything around me already and have no use for it. Lorex Cirrus needs to has some way to update or upgrade itself. It cost way to much for such poor service. It's system is a piece of junk. I am taking it all down, putting it back in the box and giving it back to Sams Club. My rating is 0. NO Stars! No not a one! Go figure it will not let me put in a 0. I am being made to put in a star...smh.
1 ★This app is so poor that the police officer became irritated trying to get video playback. You literally can have full WiFi and still the app gets stuck. Don't bother purchasing the cameras either. Just a waste.
1 ★Suddenly, I can't see my videos or live view remotely. Just sits there spinning. The notification comes thru but no link up to the system. The app only works if I'm at home, on WiFi. That's pointless. Still can't see anything as of 9/11/20. The only way it works, is if I'm at home connected to my wifi. This company and it's products suck.
1 ★Why is this app so horrible! For months I can not view any of my cameras playback. It keeps telling me recordings available. I will never buy this brand again.

1 ★I am having way too much trouble trying to get this app to display my cameras. It is not easy to troubleshoot, and it rarely works. This was the same issue with the previous app, and I was hoping this one would have solved my problem. The receiver works fine, the app is garbage. Very suspicious of buying any Lorex product again.
1 ★Largely a worthless app so far... Notifications show up whenever they "feel" like it and will often stop working all together indefinitely. I still don't know what I did to get it even partially working again, but I just expect it to fail at this point. Rarely shows live view when not on the same local wifi, and even then mostly does not work. Pretty bad fail Lorrex, this app looks like it needs a complete re-write....
1 ★I can't connect to my system away from home at all. It only connects if I'm on my wifi at the house. The systen has been useless for me. Waist of money. It sad when you buy a system to protect you home and investments but you can see whats taking place until you get back to the house and watch your alerts after you have property stolen.
2 ★While the playback command works well, someone could come in your gate, drug your dog and steal everything of value in your home before the live feed loads. Notifications are sparse, do not reflect actual times the cameras are triggered and sometimes go days without working. It's unfortunate that the app does not work better. Followed all the instructions on Lorex's website to fix the issue, to no avail. Still positively glacial to load live feed.
1 ★This app sucks! Cameras take great footage/pics when the damn app works. Hasn't worked in weeks. Weeks!! Will not connect to the device at all now. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Several times. My husband worked with alarm systems in the military so it isn't like idiots are trying to make it work. Totally pissed as these were an update to the previous system. This app is garbage. The system, since it is useless is garbage. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT BUY LOREX!! Ever!!
