1 ★Do not install it. It's very awful and very unpractical. It's a complete mess and not user friendly at all. It does not show a practical view of your Ticket, it has no QR support. If you want to view your flight details, the app redirects you to your phone browser. This app is a sole excuse for users to print their Tickets as paper form and not use this app at all. Compared to the LuxAir, EasyJet and even the default iPhone app wallet (sole purpose to show your flight information/ticket), this app is a complete joke, waste of time and phone resource. PS. This app requires additional permissions to make phone calls.
1 ★This last version of the app is EXTREMELY BAD, wow, the versions before were so much better and easy to use. 1. Now, the app crashes everytime 2. Says that something is wrong with my login, I go on the website and works perfect thhrough the website. 3. You're not allow to do screenshot, it's blocked!!! 4. Versions before this one on May/30/2020 are way better, this version is really NOT GOOD AT ALL, YOU NEED TO FIX IT ASAP!!!
1 ★Terrible experience. Most of the functionality is delivered from browser page that the app keeps launching. When a browser opens its not possible to check in using Firefox and you have to restart the process in Chrome. If you are flying TAP then there isn't much of an alternative but as Airline Apps go this is one of worst I've seen. Not sure where the 2.9 rating is coming from as every review I've read from people who have actually tried to use gave it 1 star.
1 ★Please i am trying to add my booking and it keeps saying error try again. I have done multiple times, please fix else i will delete the app. Thanks 😊
1 ★The worse airline app ever. You depend of internet and the browser to see anything. So forget of having your boarding pass in the app when in a country with no roaming plan or bad signal. Also wrong information on the boarding pass which made me suffer a lot of stress and almost miss my flight. Thanks God it was delayed but not info at all about the delay on the app or on the monitoors. An authentic nightmare. I put a star because this doesnt let me post without.
1 ★my flights randomly disappear. overall the app needs substantial updates to be considered stable.
2 ★App not very user-friendly. There is no "see boarding pass" option when you click on the flight. You have to go to "change check-in" (even if you don't want to change anything), which opens a website and move from there. At least, I couldn't find an easier way to see my boarding passes using the App.
1 ★unfortunately tap online check-in using this app is not a fun experience. too cumbersome, had to click through the process too many times and finally ended up frustrated on my desktop the text notification on the boarding passes did not work at all. check out Emirates, that's how check in should be on a mobile app!
1 ★This application does not work on Xiaomi Mi A1 - LineageOS 16 - build 20190414 - When trying to login with the email or TP Number, it exits with the error message: "Required Parameters missing." While running it on both, Stock Firmware and LineageOS (same build): When trying to login with Google Login it shows the message "Sorry Error loggin with Facebook" (I have no Facebook installed)
1 ★Terrible app. It is just an app interface full of links that perform terribly. It won't let me add cobra t information, it won't let me add special meals or extra baggage. In short, I was expecting more since I had such great experience with TAP. They should consider developing a better app.
1 ★Loses reservation # repeatedly. Freezes. Requires login, but retrieves NO info from acct. Have to re-enter login info repeatedly. This is the lamest app I've ever used. Not bad for 1997. On par with their web site. Typical teen site better. A professional developer would be ashamed. Is it this bad on purpose?
1 ★Super annoying app. You log in and still need to fill in all your details, passport, etc. If the payment doesn't go through you have to start all over again. 30-45 min busy just to book a simple ticket. Do you think that people have so much time to waste?
