5 ★Although the appointment can be booked only by call, we are very happy with the service provided. It was quick, efficient and safe. The hairstylist, Gopal used all safety gear and measures, he was professional and we are completely satisfied with his work.
4 ★The services are great, but the app could use some improvement. The app has all the necessary info but needs to improve at the payment portal. I have twice faced issues in payment through ylg@homewallet. Had to contact the customer care to get the payment done
4 ★Great service by Ramya. She called ahead to keep me informed of her arrival, showed.me her oximeter reading and arogya setu app status. She was dressed in full PPE kit the whole time. Very hygieneic practices. The service was great too and she cleaned up after herself.
1 ★Way too pricey. App interface is not user friendly. You cannot book the service online. Only once the service personnel comes home you can get to know the exact amount that needs to be paid.
1 ★Horrible. I booked an appointment and the screen said that an agent will call me and provide a confirmation. There was no timeline provided. I had to call them and then after 30mins they called back and told me that there are no beauticians in the entire area today. I booked at a different location the second time and waited more than 1hr for a confirmation from the team and nobody reverted. Again I had to call them and they said they'll check and get back. customer service agent wasn't humble.
1 ★Terrible service by them. Their Representatives are not on time. And you have to be available, just that you can take Service as per their stupid random schedules. They cancel appointments anytime. You cannot plan to go for any event by relying on their service. Stop using their service. I have been calling, all they say that they are sorry. But your sorry will not bring back the time i wasted. I book an appointment and your girls dont turn up for service. Since last 3 days, this is Happening
1 ★I'm not sure why they have come out with an app when they cannot provide any service. I booked an appointment, then it got rescheduled due to the unavailability of beauticians. Even after reschedule, there was a no show with out any notification. I kept on calling the appointed beautician and none of my calls were answered. Even the customer care is beyond pathetic. Utter waste of time.
2 ★Every time I book a service no one calls back. And when I call the toll free number I get the same reply every single time that the slot is full and no operator is available. This is very inconvenient as I try to get the booking 48 hours prior. Not sure if a booking should be requested a month prior! Will not be using YLG at home services anymore. Bad experience!
1 ★I so wish I checked all the review comments before trying to use their service. They are just NEVER available!! I don't know why I even bother to give it a try...pathetic customer service.. it's more about their convenience than the customers. If I could give 0 stars I would! I'm definitely taking my business to other providers and recommending everyone who wants any prompt service, to go elsewhere.

1 ★Highly unprofessional... I had booked an appointment today for an important function. No prior notification was given regarding the stylist. Called them soo many times regarding confirmation. On every call they just said they will get back within 10-15 mins. However, nobody called back.. at last one hour prior to the booking time they say no stylist available that also post I call them.. very disappointed..
