3 ★Won't let me track my glam bag plus because for some reason i never got a tracking number my app is so messed up i received my glam bag but my glam bag plus is still not shown up or said it was even sent usally ill get a email that its shipped with tracking but like i daid i received one gor my glam bag but not my glam bag plus?? I am so confused i can see what i received but i didn't even get to pick my 3 choices this month ?? I've never had problems before whats up ipsy...
5 ★Easy way to keep up with ipsy glam bags (or glam bag plus, glam bag ultimate) from picking a product, choosing ad on's, special offers, and the entire process from billing, to assembly, to a look inside the products in the bag for the month, to delivery, to reviews- repeated each month. All with approximate dates for each step of the process. Love it!

1 ★Yeah so. I had to CANCEL my account. I did have an order for the Glam bag+ so I went on my app to look at the shipping details. Somehow the thing got restarted AGAIN. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER GLAM BAG IN MARCH. TRIED TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN THE APP. IT WAS A BOT. YOU CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING I DON'T WANT AND WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I WAS GOING TO RESTART MY SUBSCRIPTION IN MAY BUT NOT NOW. AND I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE ELSE. YEAH I'M 😡😡😡😡😡 PISSED
5 ★This is the best thing that I have ever signed up for! Most of the time I don't know what I'm doing when I go makeup shopping. So it works out so well for me having Ipsy pick my stuff out for me! & some of the best products I've ever owned! 10000% satisfied 🥰
2 ★I'm a bit disappointed and about ready to cancel my subscription. I love how I have the option to pick 3 choices for my bag, but while I'm doing it, my options that I choose change before I'm done picking them. They completely disappear and give a different item. It's not an issue of running out of stock either because the options I had selected were available for add-ons. It sucks to have it taken away when I really wanted it, just to be replaced by something I won't use.
1 ★The customization options are useless. For example, when they ask how frequent you want one type of product to be shipped they dont really listen to what your preference is. I don't wear eyeshadow ever, and since there is no option to mark "never," I had to mark my preference as rarely, yet I get eyeshadow palettes sent to me every single month. A total waste of money. I had to cancel my subscription... so annoying because I actually like receiving stuff like lotions and other skincare products
5 ★I've been getting ipsy for several years now. It is a great present I give to myself every month. I get the glam bag. Which means I get 5+ full size products. It costs me less than $25 dollars a month for exceptionally good products. I don't think that can be beat. If I don't need the product yet, I just don't open it. Most products expire by the date you open them. Not by the date you buy them. If the product isn't my style, I give it to someone that will love it or it goes in gift giving box.
3 ★There is not that big of a difference from the website. I will have to say I only gave it three stars because it actually loads slower on the app versus the website. The application should be better to use than having to go on the internet so hopefully you can fix the speed. I am running off of 200 megabytes per second Wi-Fi and all my other apps run smoothly and I have a Samsung A30, it's brand new. I like everything and the outlook on the application besides it running slowly.
