2 ★Cool Idea. Needs Work. I just bought the Foreo FoFo and im kinda disappointed. The time intervals and intensity calculated by the app arent effective. I have senstive skin (included in setup) and rosacea (not included). I wish it were more customizable. Also, the app itself is underwhelming. I wish there was more info. Theres nothing explaining my skin score, skin age, etc. I want tips and advice! Reminders to drink water! "Trophies" for keeping up with my skin goals! Theres so much potential!
1 ★$200 headache-- this app is an absolute nightmare!! Doesn't correctly read the battery life on bear mini and after unistalling, reinstalling the app and restarting my phone a GAZILLION times so I could register it, I got nowhere. I actually had to use another phone to do this. Customer service didn't help much either. Most likely returning this product to save any future headaches.
1 ★This app isn't nearly as sophisticated as the description claims. I can measure the moisture levels in my skin and that's it. there's no coaching, no skin type quiz, nothing else. I've been using this app along with my Fofo since last summer, and my skin profile or score hasn't changed once since the last update, which I find hard to believe. Also, it doesn't seem to be saving my skin analysis either because it says I wash my skin 0 times a day, which isn't true.
3 ★I'm glad I'm not the only one who is having problems with it tracking when I cleanse. I thought I had a defective one or that the app wasn't up-to-date. I do enjoy using the fofo but as other have said I'm glad I didn't purchase with my own money as it doesn't work as advertise with the tracking of cleansing which would of been the reason of buying and I'm sure everyone else. I know we got these in the fabfit box as likr beta testers but now they are out on the market and still don't work properly.
1 ★The device is good enough for cleansing. As for the app feature and sensor its absolutely a scam. The device doesnt even need to be near my face or skin and it registers as sensing. And it gives the same results every time. Now i know it doesnt actually sense anything maybe just the ambient air.
1 ★Extremely bad user experience, if I buy a luxury product like this, I expect the app to complement the product. Instead you need to register online, look at an unskippable ad (insane) every time you start it, have location on, and be bombarded with offers and ads on every turn. This should be a case study on how not to design an app, especially one that is so core to your products functionality.
1 ★Premium product but horrible app! After several years of using I don't see the app improving at all. The bluetooth connection is a nightmare since bluetooth connection always crashes at least once before you are able to use the UFO device. At such hefty price tag I would expect better investment in the app because it's the key to use UFO device. It seems they do not care about the app at all. What a terrible experience!
2 ★I have the ufo 2 and luna mini 3 and honestly the luna works great mostly because i dont have to connect to the app. But the ufo 2 is a nightmare to use. It keeps disconnecting, i havent been able to get it to sustain a connection the last 7 times I've tried. I havent picked up the product in months because it barely works. Just reinstalled the app and didn't work. Feels like a massive massive waste of money and i would not recommend anyone put themselves through this, not worth it at all.
1 ★Update from the comment: All or Nothing Full Face Treatment requires FAQ Care service, extra $3.99. I don't know how to use it for a full face treatment without this video since other available ones are for the part of the face only. By the way, contour crazy video has the 2nd part frozen. I bought this for cleansing and for the massage features. I am still disappointed.
1 ★I have the bear2 and luna4 devices. I tried to download the different treatments on the app but they simply dont work. It keeps saying constantly: downloading treatment but nothing happens. Reinstalled app, cleared cache, still nothing.
2 ★when you open the app, you have to stare at an skipabble ad for an eternity before it lets you go to the home screen. this is ridiculous, I paid quite a bit of money for the product, I only use the app because you guys force us to - and then you go and act like it's a "free app" that you need to monetize? every (buggy) feature of the app is buried under giant ads, it's so frustrating
1 ★Product is unusable without the app. App requires registration. What the hell is this? Just put physical buttons on the product and let me use it!
