5 ★Booksy is a phenomenal app to get so many tasks done. I've used Booksy for three months or so and they keep me organized. By allowing me to schedule getting a haircut, or having a massage... I can ramble on, but seeing is believing. Go to your app store and see how much time Booksy can save you. I highly recommend this app! Download Booksy right now and it will make your life more organized. It's amazing how many things you can get done using Booksy!
5 ★Using this app what is very convenient it works the time scheduling a pickup I said destination. it made it easy for you to narrate through this scheduling, as long as you called but then that 24 hour a pickup time yes no no-show fee or cancellation fee. also there's a policy if you had a issue what's a driver vehicle excetera, you are urged to report it by the owner that this situation will never happen again and to rectify the problem.
1 ★This app needs a lot of work. One day it works, the next it doesn't. Half the time you need to verify with the shop if they actually are: 1: booked up 2. they see your appointment ( we compared our screens and they don't match up). 3. there isn't more then one person with your time slot, stylist has been overwhelmed because the app "had a glitch". I suppose that coralates with issue 2. Need to fix this app not expand it!
5 ★I've been a customer of Mariela's for over a year. The first day as her customer to this current day she is always pleasant, accommodating and very welcoming. Mariela aims to please her customers. I've been getting my nails done since the age of 16 and Mariela is by far one of the best nail techs I have had. When things go wrong with my nail (stone falls off, nail breaks) she always invites me back to fix the issue free of charge. I HIGHLY recommend!
5 ★Where has this app been. I hope booksy sticks around. Super easy to use and takes the stress away from you and your barber/hairstylist. Gone are the days of showin up an hour before the doors open to secure a place in line. No more having to carve out 5 hours of my day to get a cut just book and go. Huge time saver and you can cancel or change at any time cause you know things happen. Can't recommend this app enough 👍👍👍
1 ★Terrible experience with multiple salons canceling scheduled appointments literally at very last minute. I got better results when I simply used Google searching for the nearest salon. Phoned them directly and was able to get an appointment scheduled at last minute. Instead of booking weeks in advance, placing my credit card info on file for non-refundable holds, just to be canceled. This booking app will be deleted from my apps ASAP and I will just stick to calling ahead for appointments
1 ★This app has a major flaw - service providers can request a non-refundable deposit which they can keep even if they cancel! I booked a haircut which required a deposit, the barber cancelled and I lost my deposit. When I called customer service, they told me to reach out to the barber to have them refund me or ask my CC company to cancel the payment. This is a huge oversight and allows crooks to rack up non-refundable fees without providing any services. MUST BE FIXED!
5 ★Great presentation (s). This app is 5 ⭐ because it is so informative. The pictures show the beauty, skill and precision of the hair stylist as well as their places of business. And most important- I actually saw prices. The reason this is so important is because, I don't like going to a salon or baber thinking that the price keeps changing or some else is being charged a different price for the same hairstyle as I am getting. Well done! This app could be a television commercial.
3 ★No one seems to talk about the loophole on how there's a cancelation fees with barbers. Personally I'm time oriented but give barbers all the time they need. It's an annoyance when they take advantage of your time though. Every appointment I've had, I had to wait another 20 min to hour and I can not just leave because I'll be charged 25 dollars for the cancelation fee. A service to be about the customer is turning to one where we serve the barber. Still a good app to avoid a trip to their shop.
1 ★The is barber exceptional. I only want haircuts. The moment I start getting political things like Black Lives Matter (from an app), is when i cut the ties. While I do agree, black lives matter, this is about police injustice across all colors. Tyranny knows no bound or color. Stop segregating and falling for the division. Sorry Booksie. You're a great app though. Uninstalled. Back to do old fashioned way.
2 ★It's easy enough to book the appointment, and to find where it is you want to go but the texts good to send you 4 days after you got a haircut asking you if you want to go get a haircut is really annoying. I do not need you to send me anything, I will only use the app to make appointments at my barber who uses your app and that's the only reason why.
5 ★Have only used it once to book my barber and worked well. However, my barber was running late and didn't notify me. I don't know if this exists, but if there was an option in Bookly for barbers to notify their scheduled clients they're running 1-2 haircuts behind (depending on time alotted for haircuts selected) and enter that into the app. Then the app should notify anyone still scheduled left via a push notification that their barber is running late w/ estimated times. Just a suggestion.
