1 ★I had recently ordered from Mast Kalandar using this app. Though I received delivery in 30 minutes but it wasn't what I had ordered. In fact, some items selling price was more than MRP. Even after reporting this issue to customer care couple of times, there wasn't any sign of apology. I would not recommend anybody to use this app or infact order from Mast Kalandar which is selling products overs MRP and bad food.

1 ★Thought of writing the review before I uninstalled the app. It's been 2 hrs since the order and the Customer service has stopped responding to my calls. Not sure why they are in business if they don't want to serve customers. Food is expensive and the delivery is always delayed. Honest opinion to others to not order from them. Try Swiggys

1 ★My first.. And last order took approx 90 minutes to reach me. CC was clueless about the delivery boys number. Even after giving complete address, this is the scenario. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Freshmenu zindabaad.. 1000 times better..

1 ★Orders not delivered on time, cold food always and now has become expensive too 30 rs convenience charge + packing extra so a 100 rs item is 140 now. No thanks

1 ★I wanted to give negative stars but it's not possible. The quality of food is pathetic and customer service is even worse. They delivered stale Gulab Jamuns, completely smelling and sour. When we complained, someone Mr. Kunal from customer care called and said because we are complaining they will not deliver to us. First time experienced such an arrogant customer care service, no wonder there are on downhill on popularity. No company can grow on these standards and its only receipe for disaster.

1 ★You want to wait for 3 hours for the food to deliver? Then when you open the pack you find EACH AND EVERY, I kid you not, EACH AND EVERY food item is stale and already smelling bad!! Still want to order? Go ahead! And oh they don't provide their delivery guys any raincoat or something!! So you excitedly open the door for food and find a poor guy completely drenched and shivering, holding your order. I LOVE MK's chhole bhature from swiggy, but this app is pure BS!!

1 ★Ordered 5 to 6 times from this and 80% of the times the order is always delayed by 1 hour. Pathetic customer service as well.
