1 ★I really wanted to give this a 4-5 because of the easy access and convenience, however, it's advertising false information ! It tells you that you can withdraw after being verified and connecting a bank, I did both and wanted to pay out but nothing, so I contacted the not so user friendly customer service, they were rude, didn't bother to assist me and gave me a totally different answer then what is advertised ! Needless to say, I'll be ending my business with them !
1 ★Not working with wifi, they said it's a android/Google problem and were working on it. That was weeks ago. Will only work when I shut wifi off and have had to upgrade data to make up for it. I am so bummed because I loved it otherwise and have referred several people to use it. Still been a month with no communication on when this will be fixed.
4 ★Has helped grow my clientele by being able to send out text messages to ALL my clients instead of one by one or on social media. A lot of clients don't use social media. The confirmation and follow up messages to clients and require credit card to book an appt has almost stopped all no-shows or last minute cancelations which alone has saved me a lot of money. I love having a personalized link for clients to book appt. It's saved me a lot of headache.
5 ★There is so much for the low Monthly cost. I get my inventory tracking, appts, text reminders automatically sent to my customers, a website design, waivers, and I can call for support at any time. I would not know what to do if I had to find all of these systems on my own. Plus lower rates than other card swipe companies.
3 ★I want to love this app. It has so many features I'm not sure I'd use them all. But the very basic functions required for business, i.e. client contact info, scheduling calendar, incoming payments info, need a little tweaking. Keep after it, Gloss. If you improve these items before my free trial ends, I'll stick around.

5 ★I've been using GlossGenius for about 5 years and I LOVE it!! I've tried a few other booking apps and this one is the most complete with features and customer service. They listen to their users and are constantly adding new features to help with business needs. This is way more than a booking app!! 1000% recommend GlossGenius!!
5 ★I love this app! I had credit card reader problems with my last salon app and this one is great! Only things I wish were different is personalizing the amount of times the reminder texts get sent out and personalize the time needed per client so I can do online booking. Everything else is great!
1 ★I haven't been able to access the app for 2 weeks. I've sent numerous emails, made phone calls, and DM on instagram. I have lost 5 clients due to not being able to access the app and see my schedule. I want a refund and I will move on to another booking app since it seems I am not important enough to fix the situation. Please send refund asap.
2 ★I can't open the app since the last update. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling hoping it'll help but it still won't open. I have zero access to my schedule right now. No idea when and where I'm supposed to be or who my clients are and what their color formulas are. I think they are growing too quickly to keep up. Customer service is taking longer than usual to respond. It takes DAYS to get a reply. Going on 4 days now without access to my books...
1 ★As a client, I can't find my future appointments without digging through all my texts to find the link to one of my past appts. Either that or I have to bother my nail tech to send me the link. Why can't you have clients create an account, like every other scheduling software out there, so they can easily just log on and book/make changes/view their upcoming appts? I really hate this scheduling software.
5 ★Incredibly helpful! It thinks for me when I get busy and can't help my clients the way I should, but Gloss is on top of things and killing it! 10/10
