1 ★Update Jan 31, PAX customer support is useless. I've submitted two customer support emails because as soon as you get a hold of anyone, they'll ask for a bunch of BS so they can just not help. Garbage out of the box, I ordered a PAX PRO, which was defective, and after giving PAX customer support, the information they asked nothing has been done. The PAX rep just stopped responding after 1 message. Seems like a shady business ran out of somebody's garage. I do not recommend this company.
1 ★Trash few year back it worked fine no trash . U can't use the app .the Device itself. Is Get I have 3 . But the app is garbage the packs itself it doesn't stay connected to the app and you got to keep signing in it's trying to force you to set up reset it up and make another password okay then you do that then when you don't use it cuz I got three I don't use the gold one all the time but the gold one is the only one that'll link to the app The other two won't The app is garbage
5 ★Being able to locate my Pax Era Pro with the PaxFinder feature (using Bluetooth proximity) is FANTASTIC. I have lost my vape between the cushions or inside the sofa so many times (not even knowing which floor of the house I had left it on) and the Pax phone app helped me find it every time!
2 ★Great device. Unfortunately, Pax branded pods aren't well supported in its. own app. I know, it defies logic, but that's the case.
1 ★Very buggy. Randomly keeps opening and saying "sorry we can't find that strain" even though I haven't used or opened the app for months.
4 ★I will give it 6 stars once they are able to provide the pods they advertise from other states. Why are we still holding onto the lies of the past about weed. It's a well known fact that the only reason it was outlawed in the first place was dby h hue to fat cat white politicians who were so bigoted that just to appeal to their white constituates they made up a bunch of false stats just to weed out the main user population at the time, blacks, Mexicans, and Indians. 1 ★Replaced my Pax 3 with the Pax plus and now it does not connect to the app. Bummed. Can't adjust the colors or temps now, what's up with that.
3 ★Love my Pax3 helped a 50 year tobacco smoker give up and I don't miss it. Used to love app as well. When I changed phone, this changed. I only used Heating control and 5 settings, 🧑🎓 section cool, but era and pod section is useless in Spain/Europe. Can't buy them. App works but no longer stays open in background have to work around by shutting app and removing cache. Hope you look in to this. Your response to this issue was waiting for the app update. Still waiting!! Two & half⭐ fairer.

3 ★I used this app on my iPhone and it worked great! Really disappointed it isn't compatible with my pixel 8 (at least thats what the play store says)
