1 ★no calling service for technical difficulties, I've created an account, can't buy, I proved I'm of age to buy, still can't buy, I've tried 2 different credit cards address, and second account to buy, still can't buy, any problems is handled through email, takes a few days and soo Ling to reply as they only respond once per day, and closed for weekend, I registered my pax 3 and age verification through the app, but on desktop says I still need to do both, emailed asking these questions no reply

4 ★Great app love everything about it except would love it even more if it had a dark mode for night sessions, it's the second time it's blinded me this day with the bright white ui 😅

4 ★I think the idea of this app is definitely there and I really like it. The execution isn't quite right. I honestly appreciate these devices and what they do but the app could cute a little bit of work.

5 ★excellent app... plenty of functionality... everything works like it should...I've never been excited to vape until I got my PAX ERA.... just wish there was a dark mode or a way to apply theme color throughout the app...

4 ★I just got the Pax Era and so far it's great. the app is what makes the difference, with control over temperature and session length. It also keeps history of strains you like.

4 ★pretty good app needs inproved though. I have pax ero pro just wish I didn't always have to have it hooked to wifi an to location wifi should be enough. my location isn't even where it says I am so that is way off.

4 ★wish they had offers to buy single pods on sale as well. love my pen, I find it disconnects a lot but is easy to connect so it's not such a huge deal

4 ★love both the era & smart pax for their effortless sip technology& the features like find my device, lock/unlock, session control & there's even games on it! only issue is having to reconnect to Bluetooth manually vs shake connect/pair like before

1 ★This is absolutely the worst app it makes me hate my device and I hate I ever bought it never stays connect and it's constantly changing the temperature when it disconnects and reconnects has been like this for over 2 years now I would think they would get it together

4 ★solid app helps you keep track some times it tells me low pod when it's brand new. still works just says low for some reason. it's help me find my pax quite a few times too.

5 ★UI is modern and easy to use. overall experience with the product is great. The session feature needs more instructions though.

5 ★Absolutely LOVE my PAX! I have been using medical cannabis since 2018. By far, this is the most efficient method of consuming vape products. The cartridges give the best and most consistent quality hits I have found.
