4 ★Great app with constant discounts that make it worth your while. The RM5 delivery is a little steeper compared to other apps, but if you manage to use one of the discount codes for free delivery then its worth it! Ample choices in central areas like KL and PJ, but there needs to be more choices in Sunway and Puchong. Still my preferred food delivery app.
1 ★Seriously Grab! I want to log in to grab food and it shown have to link grab for a log in then can't log in because my grab account haven't verification the E-mail yet so I have to request for the verification but I after a while I still didn't received any verification email at all and I have also tried few times but still didn't received. Grab is really getting worst. Continuing I'm gonna stop using Grab even I'm a Platinum user.
3 ★Is a great app at first, I use quite a lot until I have platinum status. Delivery guy is very prompt, I rate them 4/5 stars (another 1 stars is room for improvement). Why 1 star only rating for this app? Their support is great n prompt earlier and their response is getting slower and slower till not responding my tickets more than 72 hours. I understand nothing is perfect but at least respond to my tickets, I don't purposely sending mail for no reason.. updates: recently response faster.
2 ★There's no way to add my unit number to the address. I can only input the postal code and get the block number. Plus, I hate that I am being forced to use GrabPay and it has to be linked to the main Grab App. If you are going to force me to use GrabPay, at least let me choose to only use it in GrabFood.
1 ★Horrible experience when trying to login for the first time to order from Grab. Keep popping "Not Found" when it trying login by linking my Grab account. I do have a Grab account for booking of Grabcar but keep saying "Not Found". Is there an option to key in our email instead of this method which not working for me. Keep it a 1 star till I'm able to use it. Phone - Mi Max 2
5 ★Let's this app to be more easy to login to, login in our address into your apps, so that we can order our food and no need to add in our address again, by using our mobile number only n not using our facebook or email, must shows all the stalls around Singapore, so that we can hv many variety of stalls of food to choose.... I prefer all the delivery apps also the same, so that when we want to order any food is easy for us to, Thank You.
3 ★efficient as long as the system does not breakdown. subscription plan. inefficient. once on the plan, the checkout system should list the available awarded plans for customer to select instead of moving from 1 Apps to another just to copy and paste. it would also be helpful if customers can see what they are buying. Most of the menus do not have pictures and lack descriptions.
1 ★I'm amazed by how bad Grab made this app. Firstly, it is silly that the main Grab app shows the 'Food' option whilst all it does is to make you open or download another app. Moving on, I was using it for the first time and just had enough with the whole experience. Here's my issues: 1. My order was taken without any driver being assigned. No way to rectify nor call. 2. The Help section does not help at all. It just redirect to the FAQs 3. No way of submitting issues. Used it once, never again.
1 ★Terrible experience! First time try ordering food using apps. Choose GrabFood. Force to pay using GrabPay. Fine. Input all the necessary and top up RM26. Want to link GrabFood to GrabPay but there is an error. Call customer service and being told they are having system problem and ask me to try again after 24 hours. What??!! I am so hungry now. Money already used (advance) but NO FOOD for me!!!! 😡😡😡😡
1 ★Honestly, the app is bloody TERRIBLE. UI feels like a draft version you expect out from a bunch of guys in a garage who just picked up coding. Nothing about the design is intuitive! For example, the main page is an extremely cluttered newsfeed-like page with a messy bunch of photos. Then the menu page has 0 photos. Do i need to get started on the bad formatting? Some texts are cut off in half. Loading time for the app itself took more than 5 seconds? Seriously? No data engineers to properly developer to optimize the code base? Why does the App ask for location permission if it does not automatically ask if I would like to change delivery location when I shifted? Marketing for Grab Food is also terrible. The instagram ad for Mcdonalds had so little info - you really only find out what the 1 dollar deal gets you if you wait for it to load till the end. They ask you to swipe up to find out more and all you see is a payment landing page with ZERO additional information. Seriously, how incompetent are the people working at Grab? It's not even rocket science, just hard work and the heart to deliver values to your users by being in their shoes. Instead of splurging all that VC money to acquire users via unsustainable discounts, why not spend the resource on delivering a properly designed app. Isn't the GRAB app the core value add from GRAB? Where is the strategic focus?! When you cannot even deliver the basics, all the talk about #outserve becomes a huge wayang and joke to all your users.
1 ★This stupid app is so focused on trying to charge more on delivery when it is raining. That even when the rain has stopped for an hour with no sign of rain again. There are restaurants that will not deliver and set to close during rain, so when they keep thinking it will rain again where it doesn't, the menu keeps changing and changing non stop. Leaving you unable to order your food. When they mess up order, it is only refund. Try waiting 1 hour to get your food left out and only get a refund.
4 ★More photos would be nice but it's still convenient. It would be nice to have better interface or whatever it's called cuz I find it annoying that if I click one of the restaurants from the categories listed, and when i decide to go back, instead of bringing me back to the list of restaurants it goes back to the home page. then i'd have to start again. again only few photos so i dont really know what to expect.
