國泰世紀產物保險公司推出新興UBI(Usage Base Insurance)車險商品，其費率除以傳統的年齡、性別及肇事紀錄等計算外，再加上駕駛人的「駕駛時段」作為保費增減的因子。此商品最大特色為依照每位駕駛人不同的用車習慣，來反應更公平、合理的保費。於投保本商品前，須先下載本APP並於行車時段開啟使用，蒐集三個月至少1,000公里的駕駛紀錄後即可投保。網址: https://w3.bobe.com.tw
本軟體提供的服務包含：
(1) 駕駛行為資料蒐集：
於行車期間啟用本行動載具後，將蒐集包含起始時段、終止時段、急加速、急減速、定速保持比率、行駛距離等六項因子紀錄。
(2) 旅程紀錄查詢：
每次旅程結束皆顯示本趟行車資料及行駛軌跡，另可透過輸入查詢期間搜尋歷次使用紀錄。
建議使用：Android 5.0(含)以上之智慧型手機安裝本軟體。
