1 ★Worst hotel app ever. It never works with you hotel/name/room, and when for some reason you get it to work, it crashes constantly and it doesn't give you updated info

5 ★Easy and convenient. You can schedule all services and reservations right from your phone. It's hit and miss to connect with the internet in order to download the app after check-in, but I'm glad I downloaded it before leaving home.

2 ★App freezes and kicks you out all the time. Difficult to search for anything on the map. For reservations if you try to make it for 4 people in 2 rooms it says you need to give the other room number, but doesn't let you put it in anywhere.

1 ★This is my first time at iberostar since the app. I've been here several times before. It's great and is as wonderful as I've remembered. The app is just complete garbage. It's almost completely useless. Iberostar is great, specially the highest echelon, but such garbage software is unbecoming.

3 ★Good idea, was able to book restaurant reservations and order room service in the app while staying at Coral Level Cancun. However, a lot of the information in it is incorrect (restaurant opening times, menu options) meaning we had to bypass the app and call to make reservations if the app thought the restaurant was closed, making it a bit pointless and untrustworthy.

1 ★I installed this before going away. You can only check certain things when you have your room number. Once checked in, a pop up told me that there was a newer version of the app, so I upgraded and since then the app no longer works. As soon as I open it, it closes. I have tried uninstalling it and installing it again various times but nothing works. It's useless and frustrating and I find it hard to know what's going on in the resort without it.

1 ★You have a beautiful app which tries to give the guest a seamless on-premise experience. A wonderful idea. The unfortunate and sad thing though is that once the splash screen is loaded, it takes ages to load the other screens. This defeats the entire purpose.

1 ★Downloaded a while ago ahead of our stay but now isn't working and crashes every time I attempt to open the app, even after updating. Disappointing. Will uninstall.

2 ★needs a lot of work. crashes or just doesn't work. resort too reliant on guests having ap. no backup plan. no.paper menus. forces you to carry phone which we don't want to do.

1 ★The app doesn't work, there is no way for us to find out about activities unless we go to the lobby. My android Samsung s20 says that app has a bug and closes it, reinstalled 5 times with no luck. Frustration on vacation

1 ★Forced to use the app to find information about our holiday but it is so poor! Frequently crashing, slowness and instability even on strong WiFi. The button to add to calendar has no text! Maps are useless as no ability to navigate. A brochure would have been a better user experience!

4 ★I like the app, not love it. I like it has good information about your dinner reservations and it gives helpful tips. I think the map itself needs to be more inclusive like maybe use color to define between properties, names on buildings so you know what your looking at.
