4 ★Paid the money for US calling and and a US number and it won't let me make any calls. Updated: After emailing customer service the issue was fixed but the app should make it clearer how to operate making international calls to avoid a need for contacting customer service. Now that I'm able to make calls it's a decent service and I appreciate the ability to contact my family in the states while living abroad for a reasonable price.
1 ★Why don't you just allow people to migrate to the regular magicjack app. Your app is really not usable. Without a doubt a complete waste of money.
1 ★I downloaded this app thinking it could be used to replace my cell phone plan since I am by a wifi connection most of the time anyway. However, the option to choose a number from ANYWHERE in the state of WISCONSIN was not available. Apparently it is not available to users in WI to get a local number. Horrible!
1 ★Almost all of my calls get dropped. I can't get any of my VM. Very disappointed! I worked with their IT department and it's still the worst...then it just auto renewed on me so I'm paying another $10 for a service I can't even use!
