Swift is a transport smart card for buses, trams and trains in the West Midlands. It can store cash, season tickets and brand new types of travel products.
Download this app to view you current balance or products, and to collect top-ups and products that you’ve bought through your online Swift Account.
It’s really easy to use – just ensure your NFC and internet are switched on, then hold your Swift card to the back of your device. The app will tell you what products you already have loaded on your card. Just press the ‘Check for Update’ button to collect any top-ups or products you’ve bought online.

How to install Swift Collector APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Swift Collector APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.unicard.swift-v2.0.20-ApkClean.apk)

1 ★How about, for every hour that your app doesn't manage to put the credit after its been confirmed onto a swift pay-as-you-go card you give £1 to the customer. I think by then you would panic because you'd have to add hundreds in credit to customers. Then you would sort your issues out asap rather than ignoring them and expecting the customers to do the chasing around
1 ★Hit and miss whether or not the app will update the pass. App usually doesn't show recent payments so make sure you do it well in advance and when alternative ways of updating the bus pass are open.
1 ★Doesn't work. I have NFC on my phone. It makes sounds but that is it. Nothing else happens. This is pointless. I actually have no idea where I can re-activate my pass. smh. Uninstalling
1 ★the app is total rubbish. Why do i have to download, notification nyc, scan not working, nothing but the symbol on the screen. Why can they not make it more simple. I just want to buy a weeks pass and be on my way. Not have one hanging, then I have to do more things to actually get it. Yet this is not totally clear and in the meantime the pass that I thought i had purchased is not working and in the background you are still trying to charge me per day and then have the cheek to block my card as you had wasted out what little cash credit it had left and tell me I owe you £6.10 and I still had to pay another £2.40 to travel this morning. I am very angry. I have now wasted a whole morning downloading the app. trying to collect/activate my swift card. only for nothing to happen and I still do not have a weeks pass and a clear swift account. I am very very angry.
1 ★Worst app doesn't work for top up. There is a new version. But can't find in the play store. They should make it better and easy to use. Spent 2 hours but no use. Surprised that there are so many complaints. But they still don't fix it.
1 ★I wouldn't recommend this waste of time come what may. My only suggestion to West Midlands Combined Authority is to fire all your developers. Their just wasting your financial resources by creating an app which doesn't even read your swift card. I guess that what happens when you don't recruit a chief technology officer and have no technical resource organization.
5 ★Never had issues using this app with card reading. make sure you leave your card on the back of your phone while you check for updates. as soon as you take the card away from device it will give you an error message.
1 ★The app has stopped working. I've topped up online and can't load my NX swift card. To add insult to injury I'm getting no response from NX Buses customer services, tried emailing, twitting and ringing no joy 😕 It was great when it worked!
5 ★App works fine with my nxbus swift card but not much functionality other than that. Would be cool if you could load your card onto your phone and then when you get to the scanner you scan your phone as well as being able to scan the card
1 ★Such a silly app! They charge extortionate amounts yet can't be bothered to come up with a good app. When you try and ring them you'll end up waiting over an hour for then to tell you to go to a swift collector!! Pathetic. I am fuming. Waste to time.
1 ★The updating from the website onto the card is still not working! Waiting for a term bus pass & can't get into town to get this sorted out. Don't offer the payment option if the process doesn't work!
1 ★App is shockingly bad. I just want to top up my card. Why are you making it so difficult? Swift card its self is bad and hard enough to top up. This app just makes things so much worse.
