1 ★Godrej product, service center and customer care officer is very bad. My referigerator is not working from last 12 days, I called to customers service care but, they are also not giving solution even they are not sending me complaint number. Many time they discount phone call. Such things I am not expecting from godrej. I am strongly recommend to you dont purchase godrej product.
1 ★The consumer is using your product. As a consumer I would like to put forth the complaint that you guys give very dissapointing services . I have been waiting for the call to get connected for 15 mins now and not received any feedback yet..if you people are so short of staffs that can receive calls do hire some .. in that way we won't get irritated.
1 ★Why is the app collecting cellphone details? Why does it need my phone IMEI? And why are the product details not updated in the App? The Serial No. should be auto updated by Godrej. The technician did take all details to activate warranty why do I need to fill these details in the app? This doesn't appear to be of much use.

1 ★Worst response from Godrej customer care. Purchased AC one week back, technicians are not responding even to install that AC, when we are continuously calling customer care just they are disconnecting the call as they feel it is not their concern to make that work done.
1 ★Dear all there is no service after purchase godrej AC .I had book ac service before lockdown but no body visited ,one day after escalation one engineer came to my house and told me gas leakage problem.my AC is still in warranty period and it's gas has leaked. It's been over a month but godrej people have zero care their customers... I have 7 month old baby and so many time to request to everyone but no body response... I request pls don't buy single products to Godrej... pathetic services.

1 ★verry bad serviceing. Bought a washing machine last year and the warrenty is of 2 years. so when i told them to repair my machine they just came and changed one of the parts ,but my problem is still going on.

Now l decided not to repair our refrigerator from godrej technician and not use the godrej product. Very bad experience with godrej not expected that.I request to the company please tell some manners to the technicians to attend some manners otherwise like me many more people will not use the godrej products.Thanks
