1 ★Its frustrating, I'm chasing 10.or support center since more than month over multiple emails and phones but getting negative response. Only issue with screen finger touch auto operating from top part of screen and rest of the screen operational as usual. Service center took months to diagnose issue and finally after multiple chasers they asked me to approve estimated amount, generated on application to repair screen, battery and FPC. While I had no other issues. As per support center phone has physical damage so cant be covered under warranty so I have to pay charges. when I asked for evidences, support center doesn't provide valid reason and when I proved that phone screen, battery and FPC didn't have physical damage neither liquid damage until I sent for repair. Now I'm not getting response. 10.or don't have any valid reason for not repairing phone which is in two years of warranty..
5 ★Excellent service. Very easy to use the application. we can get all status once book the service request through the App. They tie up with logistics partners. so no need to worry about how to send and receive the phone for service. the concept is 100% door step service. i am very satisfied the way of operation for service.
1 ★I have been using this phone for past 2 years but now a days when someone calls the phone is not ringing. When we power off or restart the mobile it works fine for a day again the next day the phone is not ringing. I have can't resolve this problem. What is the problem? But the 10.or app is very good we can check the status of the phone. This is the only issue for me no others problems in the phone.(ringing)
3 ★Good phone, but there r couple of options not available, 1. Not able to move the videos and Photos to SD card 2. No Radio. 3. The Apps space not shareable between SD card and Phone Memory which is very bad. 4. Not able to delete the default Apps Amzaon prime. music, etc. Good thing is it's worthy for money budget phone
5 ★Excellent service from servify. I've sent my mobile to service due to charging issue . Though It took a week to get my service done , They've provided me a brand new mobile as a replacement .Pickup service executive is polite and friendly. No problems faced during pickup and drop . Excellent customer service with decent response about updates . The only drawback is the lack of timely updates about the service . No single penny was asked by them . Hope your service will improve in coming days .
1 ★my 10 or E mobile sent for repair which has display touch issue. They sent me another 10 or E mobile. IMEI numbers are different from my own mobile. That mobile also have display issue. I called customer care. she said like. we swap your mobile. we will not give your own mobile. instead of another mobile number ww will give. like they replied. she asked me to raise a new reapir request. it will take another 15 days
5 ★Very much satisfied... Today I received my phone(10.or G) after service, feels good.. Warranty claimed, zero cost paid, free pickup and delivery. Good tracking updates on care App. Only thing is, they came late for pickup of my device. BUT very fast return shipping after servicing. Awesome.. Good service. Thank you team 10.or Expecting more service centers in major cities... Also thanks to "servify" 🙏🙏.
2 ★Rather than a review, this is to enquire with Servify why this 10.or Care app on my phone has been showing up "Something went wrong" since many days, every one of the numerous times I tried, after proceeding further after entering my phone no. My phone often shuts down for no reason and hence wanted to use the app to self diagnose or to contact the care center, but to no avail. But to my surprise, I happened to retry, the app went on to work beyond where it used to fail.
5 ★very excellent service.my phone display was damaged after usage of 11 months, i contacted customer care service they were took it back nd gave new piece. even though it was small issue they gave new one very much thankful to them. it was damaged bcoz i was drop down it from fourt floor before also it was happend but nothing went wrong phone was perfectly alright but this time only display was damaged nothing more than that.
1 ★Yesterday evening I have sent one email to your customer service regarding your estimate on 6th time service for the same issue from last year still there is no response.
2 ★I see that you guys respond to comments here quickly. Hope my comment also gets a response. My phone was picked up on 1st Sept for partial touch problem and till today I haven't got any updates. Phones are good and fits the budget as well. However, don't disappoint your customers by not giving proper after sales service. Update: 18th September - sorry that I could not receive your call today. I sent SMS asking to call me but there was no callback. I tried calling back but number was not reachable. You can call me between 10am to 11pm
1 ★Pick and drop service is good, but repairing cost of device get to high. The part which are in working state they are also added in estimate repair cost. Service is good but the diagnosis of the not working parts of mobile phone is worst. As i send my 10 or e device for repair. They daigonsed that my mobile touchpad and board need to be replaced. And right now without any repair the phone is still working, still there is some problem with the motherboard but touch is working absolutely normal.
