How to install MySmartBlinds APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★When I bought it, it worked great. I was hoping that eventually, the app would be updated. I have lost all faith. Regretting installing it in the first place.

1 ★Cannot program blinds with new phone have to use old phone to connect. Need to update your app.

4 ★I've been using this app for at least 5 years, to control 3 blinds. I use schedules for all of them, and occasionally will open or close them independently of the schedule. The app can be a little quirky but not any more so than other home automation apps. I recently needed to recalibrate one of the blinds which no longer closed completely. The function in the app didn't work as expected. I wrote an email to support and next day got an answer that fixed it. That was a nice surprise!

1 ★I purchased (3) devices and sloar panels about 3 years ago from the manufactures (representative) as a potential smart device installer. Finally decided to install devices before going on a vacation and nothing works. There is no technical support available via mobile or online. Not satisfied with product or support. Please advise. 1 ★This app is utter trash. It connects to the blinds for a few days, then loses half of them. Most of the time, it can't find any of them. It keeps disconnecting itself from Google home. And the only advice customer service can give is to completely uninstall it, factory reset *all* of the blinds, and then try again.

1 ★Making changes to the schedule is all but impossible. Takes multiple attempts. Internal clock always needs to be updated for daylight savings. The Bluetooth is so bad they should give the wifi bridge away for free. Also no native support for SmartThings.

1 ★I think the company shut down. The app was always buggy. No one answers the support line any more. Emails to support get a zendesk automated response. No one responds. Everyone must have left suddenly and left the support server on as I get an email pretty regularly asking me to rate the support I received (what support?) Too bad. The perfect was close to being very good, but the company never took the time to fix the Android app. I didn't see many reviews complaining about the Apple app though.

1 ★This app used to work, but as of the last couple months, it will not find or control my blinds. The automation schedule is messed up and since I can't control the blinds anymore, I am stuck with blinds that open at random or not at all.

2 ★App broken. No longer logs in. Credential loop. Cleared storage. Reset permissions. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Update 1.26.23 - server problem announced by company via email. Being addressed

1 ★This app is completely substandard. It kinda controls the blinds...sometimes. It kinda allows programing schedules...sometimes. Its vaulted integration with Google Assistant is broken and has been for months (rendering all purchased bridges worthless). It can sometimes update firmware but not usually. Have literally spent months trying to get all the blinds in house on same firmware. Miserable excuse for an interface.
