4 ★Great except the advent calendar seems to glitch. I use it a lot to order items and usually it's fine. The advent calendar says if you download that app you get 48 hours to open a door download here. I click on it and it goes to an error message. So despite being in the app, I cannot open a door and access the offer after the 24 hour period.
4 ★Quite easy to navigate especially as I'm not very good with technology, shows you similar items which is good. Items reasonably priced & qui ck delivery options some without p&p which is helpful in these times. I also like the fact that you can check store stock if out online. Would recommend even for a novice like me .
5 ★I can browse my favourite shop in the comfort of my home, order goods and check stock and sizes. It saves on wasted journeys and time spent in-store. I love my local M&S because of the superb staff, but in these strange times it is better to shop quickly. That ⬆️ was during COVID lockdowns but I still feel the same. I love being able to order from home and collect my purchases in-store within a day or two. I've just ordered my new winter slippers and a nice T-shirt that was in the sale.
5 ★Smooth and easy, I really appreciate the reviews from other shoppers it's the biggest advantage for the app and actually what stops me from buying from similar apps like Massimo for example. I will only buy in shop which is rare.
1 ★Wholly unreliable. Forget trying to obtain the 12 Days of Christmas deals. The app fails to load continually and, on the rare occasion it does, will not allow you to select and open previous day's deal (error message that simply states you need the M&S app to do this). I cannot recommend this app, based on my experience of it.
5 ★Very easy to use, can navigate easily around the app. The range of filters allow you to select exactly what you're looking for. Option for home delivery or store collection. Can choose date for store collection. Sparks offers automatically applied. Quick snd checkout.
4 ★Great website but I get frustrated with the search button. When you press the button, it doesn't automatically clear the previous search. You physically have to click the x first which seems to be an extra step compared to other websites/apps
3 ★Would be 5 stars if it didn't keep telling me to download the app whilst I'm in the app! This stops me taking advantage of app offers which is a shame. I'm signed in, latest version installed and tech savvy so not user error. May be a glitch with mine perhaps. Otherwise a fantastic app.
1 ★If you can get rewards great - just be aware offers that appear when you sign up e.g. free cookies will disappear without warning leading to a long and rather pointless back and forth with customer service. Not sure I should have bothered signing up to be honest, the app is complicated and not even remotely user friendly
5 ★I've read the reviews and so far I have not had a problem. Ordered s dress for my wife got the size, colour paid without any hitches So far so good. Ordered goods for my wife's Xmas, going through the app absolutely no problems. A big change from the original app which was a cumbersome experience. Glad to say things are still going alright. So much so I've added another star giving 5stars. Hope they don't let me down. Still running fine, it's a good app. It looks like all past problems sorted.
5 ★I find it so helpful to me to be able to see what's in store and your special offers. I'm unable to order on line but still very helpful when my daughter takes me shopping to Mark's & Spencer especially in Romford. I'm 75 and disabled and though my daughter gets my shopping most of the time , its lovely for me to be able to get to the big store in Romford. Other than that i can choose what i want to buy and she gets it for me. So yes, definitely really helpful recieve ing emails. Thank you.🙏
5 ★M&S APP. My thoughts 💭 Absolutely fantastic. Easy to use, no messing around. Convenient, especially if like me seriously disabled. Better bargains than in the M&S Stores. Notification on great deals. 🧡 Love it
