3 ★Love the app but ... I can never get it to work properly on LG phones. My last phone was a Huawei and it worked great. The phones before that were always LG and I couldn't use the app at all. I just got a new LG phone and, while I can open and use the app, I can't log into my account/access my favourites.
4 ★I have been making the recipes from the dinnerspinner app. I find the reviews and nutritional information to be extremely useful. I gave the app 4 stars because I would like to be able to easily find my favorite recipes using the list of collections I created, but it's difficult to find them when they aren't in alphabetical order.
1 ★Can't click on ANYTHING in the app without getting an error message that says "oops, we're missing some info" would be a great app if they just updated it, but they obviously don't care because I've had this issue for about a year now
1 ★Used to be great. Now lost all my favorites. Had to log in under new account. Here yet again, cant log in so all favorites gone. Says trouble using google account, and when i try logging in manually it spins then goes away. This is a recent issue.
1 ★Apparently my password has expired. All Recipes says to check my email associated with my account for an email to reset a password. Then they don't send the email!!! I'm really frustrated right now. I have collections I've built over several years. The HELP link brings up a blank page as well. Maybe if I give numerous one star reviews I'll get their attention....
1 ★Used to work back when I installed it some years ago. Now it seems like they've abandoned the app. They always advertise it on their website, but the "dinner spinner", favorites and other features don't work anymore. Their website gives me log in trouble also. So that's probably why the app is crappy now.
4 ★For those of you who are having an error message pop up, I found a fix for my android phone. This worked for me and hopefully it will work for you. Find app info(for Samsung all I had to do was press & hold the app down & an option will appear)click app info then go to storage & clear cache, then go to permissions & it should say"not allowed". Allow everything & then exit & restart phone. It should work. Then repeat again but change to" no permission allowed". Restart and try the app again.🤞👍
3 ★Pros:Love the variety and the ease. Love the illustrations and step by step. Overall, my #1 goto for recipe ideas that please my family. Con:Sometimes, I lose the recipe and cannot find it easily again, even searching by name. Con: It's missing on my phone. I have to go to Google Play, search AllRecipes and then 'open because its already installed. Is there a known fix for this bug?
5 ★I use the AR app a few times a week. I've used it for all meals as well as canning recipes. The only thing that could be improved for me is for people to add more tea recipes. This is the only thing I had to look elsewhere for. Great app!
1 ★App has stopped working properly. Says I'm logged in but I can't access my faves etc. Has a pop up saying "Oops. We're missing some info". Then when I attempt to search it asks me to log in but says it doesn't recognise my login . Urgh. Fix the app please
5 ★I got this app expecting I would be able to search all recipes available on the website. This was not the case, and instead there is only a feed of a smaller selection of recipes that match your taste. How I use this app is mainly by browsing recipes online, where clicking the recipe opens the app which I can use to save the recipe to favorites and view the recipe while I am cooking. Overall great experience, just not what I expected.
1 ★It's my cookbook. You get a great app for free with small ads and no tricks like other apps that say they are free but then nothing works until you pay. ***update*** I have or had hundreds of saved recipes. Today I can't access my account. It said I needed to log in. Then it says my email is unknown. UNKNOWN?! Allrecipes only sends me 2-5 emails everyday! I restarted my phone to no avail. I hope I can get it fixed. My rating just went from 5 to 1.
