Kevin Curry, founder of Fit Men Cook, has been there. After spotting a picture of himself on a friend’s Facebook wall he knew it was time for a change.
He followed all the common advice, changed to a healthy diet and started hitting the gym.
For a few months, things were great, but after a while he found himself craving the old foods he was trying so hard to avoid.
He got his hands on every book he could find on nutrition and started experimenting in the kitchen.
His aims were simple:

5 ★First off , This is an amazing app. I use this app every week and challenge myself to make a new recipe off of the hundreds of selections to choose from. I started working out 3 months ago, almost 4 now and I wanted to start eating healthy and I came across Kevin Currys IG PAGE and from there I found his app. I love the easy descriptions and the videos that go along with most of the dishes on how to make them. Very easy to navigate and replicate. I would recommend this app to any and all!!!!!!!

5 ★This is such ana amazing app! My boyfriends and I downloaded this app about 2 years ago and we absolutely love it! These recipes are healthy yet still full of flavor. And we have a bad week theres room for budget meals so we don't have to resort to cheap really unhealthy food! ❤❤❤
5 ★Awesome app! So many DIFFERENT healthy recipes including keto, high protein, high carbs, vegetarian, sweets, vegan, low carb, low budget and much more!
4 ★Great app with a TON of awesome recipes to look through. A lot of them have helpful videos to go along with the cooking/baking process. The reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 stars was due to two issues. The shopping list is a great idea but it feels clunky and I had trouble removing single items that were checked. Secondly, update some of the original recipes. I feel like updating the recipes you started with will bring a fresh and consistent feel alongside the new ones. Videos are a big help!
4 ★Pretty good so far... Someone went through a lot of trouble putting these recipes together and they look pretty good. I paid the 4 bucks because...well, its 4 bucks. It's cheaper than a damn burger at Mickey dees. I work long hours so hopefully I can start prepping my food. Really getting tired of eating the same things over and over. I'll give it 5 stars in a month if it turns out to be any good.
