1 ★I cancelled my subscription 5 times now 2 times over the phone and yesterday they billed me 110$$ for the fake meat and food they are trying to pass off as food. I still have 2 carrots in my fridge 6 months now and they are still lookin like rubber carrots. Yeah they messed up my account. Cancelled my bank vard and closing my bank account completely because yes they did this to every card i used previously not just one. Thanks everyplate 0 out of ten. DO NOT RECOMMEND
4 ★App for wonky and my lifetime $1 ranch steak disappeared for a while, but looks to have been restored with it being placed in a different category (all). Honestly for users it should probably just apply anywhere it's selectable for the first option and then traditional pricing for additional orders.
3 ★We have been with EP for years and i loved it. Then they started adding tons of stuff, which isn't necessarily a bad thing except so many of the new things come with added charges and they aren't as obvious as i think they should be. I still think the program is a good value and i haven't found a better one but i may be giving up entirely. But i am most likely in the minority.
5 ★I think the quality of food has been good so far.. fresh ..not frozen.. the only thing missing g is a couol3 glasses of wine
5 ★I have only used them once and I found that I can use some of the things for other recipes that I cook for my household Myself,2 dogs and 4 cats ! At the time when I had ordered from them I had myself,1 dog 2 cats and extra 2 ppl staying here off n on ! I like to use them again my only drawback is as far as I know they don't accept snap benefits!
1 ★Chat for help doesn't work - it worked the first time, but hasn't worked since. The person who helped put the incorrect food selection and I've been trying for over a day to get someone else to fix it. Now it might ship as is and I've paid for a meal I do not want or would ever eat. Most selections are pork which is cheap and disgusting. You'd have to pay extra to switch to chicken or beef, which is ridiculous. I want to love this but it's such a hassle and limited recipes.
2 ★Mostly pork options. We dont eat pork. about to receive week 7 and I'm already tired of eating the same stuff, which defeats the whole reason I started this subscription. And I am sooo sick of zucchini at this point. We get it for 5 mls/week so we pretty much go through most of the menu unless we did premium recipes, we don't have premium money. The convience of not having to figure out what's for dinner and getting everything for the recipe and having it sent to your door weekly is nice though.
