1 ★THE MEET AT THE BOTTOM WAS THAWED AND TOMATOES HAVE GREEN ON THEM. SO I have to eat 4 dinners in 2 days. Wasn't good .now I got 2 everyplate, this time meat partly thawed 50/50 and these tomatoes Are Green Mold Again. I have Pictures. Yuk

5 ★Love the service and app. My grocery budget for dinner is not always $20/meal but prior to using EP we ate a lot of prepackaged frozen foods. Now, we don't. Yes the $20/meal (4 people) is higher than what some of my meals were but there are many ingredients I wouldn't normally stock that now I get just what I need. The servings are ample and we usually have leftover of the pasta meals. All in all I find it a good value for the money. Small issues but customer service was great and credited.
2 ★The app used to work well for me but the past few months I stopped receiving weekly notications reminding me to choose or skip my meals. What changed about this feature? As a result I keep forgetting to check it so I get charged for orders I either meant to skip for the week or didn't choose. Did these notifications in the app go away?

5 ★Great app that's easy to use and allows for all weekly meal selections, delivery date changes, and to skip weeks. Highly recommend the app and meal service, which we've been using for three months now.
1 ★This app is constantly having to refresh and reload. It is more frustrating than it is helpful. I just end up going on my computer to do it. Every time you hit your phones back button instead of the back button in the app in the top right hand corner, the app needs to reload Because it's been "closed out" when it's just another open tab. Sometimes when you hit the back button that is IN app It still has to reload everything from its start screen. I absolutely cannot stand this app.
1 ★Been a member about a year. The app works better more recently. At the beginning the service was great. Then we started receiving boxes that were missing ingredients and had to go to the store for those missing ingredients, every time (...covid is why we signed up for this service so we DIDN'T have to go to the store...). Now the problem is they don't change their meals up and the only different (and inticing looking) meals you can choose from are marked up in price which is a disappointment.
1 ★This review is for the app, not the service. The app is unusable. Most of the images won't load, and trying to press your system back button to get out of a recipe express the entire app instead. You cannot manage your account through it; you are redirected to the website instead. Does not support landscape mode, which would make the recipes way easier to read in the kitchen (if the pictures would load.) You are better off putting a shortcut to the website on your home screen.
2 ★The service that is offered is amazing, great food for a good price. My two start review is for the app itself. I've lost count of the number of times I've closed the app by using the Android back button. The app requires you to use the built in back arrow to leave the recipe selection screen. If you can make it so the OS back button does what is supposed to instead of closing the app, I would have no problem with a better review.
1 ★The app is OK, the service from this company SUCKS!! My very first order was all messed up, I got NONE of the meat items and only half the veggies were included. I logged into the chat option to speak with someone, it took 30+ minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. They couldn't just send me the missing items, so they credited back the order, but only to my account here, only to find out that the credit could only be used on non discounted orders.
