3 ★Guilded is great, but the mobile app leaves a lot to be desired in the performance department. New update didn't seem to do much, maybe improve background resource usage but in terms of laginess it's about the same. There is lag when typing and using the UI that is just a turn off for me. Desktop app is still the best way to access it.
4 ★This application has so much potential and has so much to offer to community managers. I have so many ideas that could improve some of its features. Unfortunately, the Android application doesn't yet support the bot feature and is very laggy. On a server, it is very hard to slide the windows and at some point they will block and you have to restart the app completely. The subscribe idea is really cool as well, it would be amazing that servers have a subscribe button on the overview.
5 ★Better than Discord in nearly every way, the only problems are the slightly hard to understand UI and wonky voice channels, but after some light polishing it can very much become my preferred platform. Need some feature? chances are it's built in, so you don't need several bots like in Discord. Definitely recommend it.
3 ★Quotes totally unusable on mobile. Plus a lot of visual interface issues.
5 ★Been using it for almost 5 months and no major problems. I love this app and how it even has some less popular games there.
4 ★Stuff doesn't update. Channels being created, polls being made, people going to events, they don't update on the mobile or desktop app. Accounts don't link properly, and the mobile app is a bit clunky but the features and potential here outshine other similar apps. Very good product that needs a bit of polish!
5 ★it's like the best aspects of every social media platform. I see a future whereby you watch and subscribe to your favourite streamers, your reddit and discord type stuff is all on there and you can have it all open together with the same community's. I think there's room for more platforms like reddit and discord as people who get banned or enjoy a particular aspect of one community they can go there as they do now, but I see guilded becoming a really big all in one package. it's features rich!
4 ★I can see this going somewhere however as of current I don't see this being a replacement for Discord, personal opinion of course. The UI looks good however there's just something off with it. I can't tell what though. Also It seems like the communities on here aren't really that big. While sure we have Discord moving away from being a game focused chat app we have to keep in mind it still does have those old features included. Maybe one day guilded's popularity and community interest will grow
4 ★Guilded has a lot of potential, and I love it so far. The reason why I'm giving 4 stars tho is because the mobile app is really clunky, and misses a lot of features compared to desktop. Other than that, it's really good.
4 ★Essentially, it's a Discord server with a free boost to Level 2 and more! That alone saves your community $75/month plus the associated hassles. The mobile support is definitely a work in progress, but I have faith they'll bring it up to speed. The only major downside IMO is the inability to restrict voice channels with role permissions. Otherwise it's better than Discord in every way, and the Subscription utility makes this like a Discord+Patreon combo so I'm reducing my total number of apps!
5 ★Guilded is innovating where others aren't. I never thought Discord would have worthy competition, but now I'm wondering if Guilded will have any. The variety of channel types make Guilded a better choice for a lot of different communities, not just gamers. The ability to have a server split into "sub-servers" called Groups each with their own channel list makes large or multi-purpose servers more tenable. I've been a diehard fan of Discord for years, but it's getting rare that I even remember to open it.
5 ★If discord did not have such a rooted community this would be the go to social network app, I can even look past the mobile issues and slower load times due to all of the extra features that are either completely unavailable or paid content on discord. It's also nice to know that the dev and community management teams take themselves somewhat seriously unlike discords tree elves and wumpus.
