1 ★Booked for mitsubishi Asx after checking the availability of the car with customer service and got assigned Nissan Kicks at the last minute. when I asked for the reason, I was informed due to eid car is not available. and told me to cancel the booking if not required as they have customer who wants to book kicks. waited 40 minutes to receive the car. had to go through unwanted stress for booking a car from your Ezhire.
1 ★worst service they guys making fool first they write 79 Aed Rent For 1 day but when we go to checkout the price is showing 125 aed this is totally unacceptable worst service and app
1 ★scam! I booked a car with Ezhire in Dubai, and I received a confirmation and bill invoice by email. Then, on the day of delivery, I received a call stating that my booking was canceled due to vehicle unavailability. same time it was my first booking and my ezhire account blocked. now it's 3 weeks and the account block not resolved. i complaint by mail and phone calls no action will taken yet. very worst !! experience they will spoil your time 28/03/2025

5 ★Initially quality was perfect. then they give car not in good condition. Since my last transaction i booked for delivery on both sides but then changed to self pickup and self delivery. since 3 weeks I am chasing them on daily basis and did not get my refund in my credit card. they are very efficient in deducting the amount but when refund it takes a lot of chase. sorry ezhire your service quality is degrading day by day.

1 ★Not a genuine business.. So many hidden charges while they brag about having no hidden charges.. Be very careful when dealing with them.. They aren't trustworthy nor they care about customers.. The first time I dealt with them, and after booking and making the payment they demanded a deposit of 1k!!.. Also, the mileage allowance needs to be written in good size font and be step of the booking process like other bookings apps such as Invygo.. Your reply is unnecessary because it means nothing 👎
