1 ★Worst company. They are cheaters and fraud. They mentioned everywhere that there is no deposit but when you make the booking they ask for deposit and says that without deposit we cannot proceed. Their display prices are also not matching with booking prices. They charge more there as well. Delivery should be done as per slot given but booking team said that we cannot deliver the car until next day. Though they want everything through app but all fraud is getting discussed over WhatsApp and call.

My car was broken down this morning because of the battery, i called them and they took 3h for arrive, then when they arrive they gave me a new car and made me sign in a phone without telling me nothing, I thought it was for receiving the new car. Now they are taking money from my account from nowhere. Their car probably for lack of maintenance wasn't working and now I have to pay for it.

1 ★This app is garbage, or nothing more than a collection of hacking or spam to collect the largest number of credit card numbers!! They do not have an office in Dubai or anywhere else!! And they can't be tracked!! I do not recommend dealing with them!! And all cars are not available at all times, and this is evidence of their mastery in fraud in exchange for collecting money from people's cards!! I do not recommend dealing with them, nor with those who cooperated with them in order to spread

2 ★Worst experience. If everything goes well all the rental companies are same. However if you face some issue then it's a totally different experience with each rental company. I will rate my experience with eZhire, 'worst' just because of their customer service. My rental car was having some issues and I tried to return them in advance but they wasted time and charged me extra amount and an extra day. It was not my wish to return car. I was returning because the car was having issue. Space ended
5 ★I had rented cars through this company using their apps twice. The apps is fairly intuitive to use, except when you want to select the location to return the car using GPS, there is a minor glitch that the apps is not able to pin point the location. On both occasions I had to manually type in the location. The teams supporting the application with your queries is very prompt, helpful and professional, be it through chat on the apps or phone call. I will use their service in future.
1 ★It's one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. After spending 63k AED and 2 years of rental, I got extra charges around 450aed for the regular wear and tear of the vehicle, I got literally debited automatically the day after or so. The worst part is that I had overpaid 577aed.
