Now, that same great food is available on the go. Skip the line and order on the Jason's Deli App for delivery and take-out!We've recently updated our app to be compatible with our new online ordering site. You’ll need to reset your password upon opening after the update. Click on “Forgot Password” to generate a new password.
You'll continue to earn new Deli Dollars while we keep your existing Deli Dollars safe in our Deli Dollar vault. Your existing Deli Dollars will be carried over during our upcoming releases.

1 ★What is the point of ordering food through an app for pick up or delivery, but it won't let you pay at check out? I placed an order for delivery, it never asked for my card info. I called Jason deli and the girl said, yes they took that feature away to pay for it. Where is the convenience in that? She said I'd have to get cash and pay delivery driver or I could pay over the phone. That is so dumb.
1 ★App fails to recognize '~' as a valid password charcter. Also, had to recreate my account because what ever data migration they did deleted my entire account. After fighting all this and more for about an hour, all I get is "Customer Information Not Found". Leatest update fails all data migration standrads and cannot handle website registered accounts, and standards. Attempting to do "Guest" checkout also just fails in the background with no apparent error message or reason.
1 ★Terrible. I downloaded & uninstalled 3 times. Every time I tried it, the app hung up on the 1st food item ordered. Plus all the negatives from the other reviewers. Jasons, ya'll need to get your act together. Your service has consistently gone downhill over the last 20+ years. Stop trying to expand to the moon and get your house in order!
2 ★This app definitely needs to be updated. Why does it not included the managers special half sandwiches with soup or salad. It also needs away were it can be scan at the restaurant so that you can earn points. I go to Jason deli a lot but don't use the app because it does not have the managers special. I think the company needs to look at other restaurant app and make it easier to use and easier deli dollars
1 ★While this app is functional there are flow issues. The developers need to work towards functionality that makes ordering easy not nearly impossible. I made 3 different orders and the app made me think that the order was placed mainly because it announces that the order is set to be filled at a certain time. Asking a c card to a profile does not happen in the edit profile section. There are many more issues and as it stands this app is very inefficient for ordering.
1 ★The update no longer allows me to reorder my previous order, doesn't allow me to save my credit card for easy reorder, and the time of order constantly times out. None of these were issues before about a month ago with the app update. It's terrible. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead because it takes so long, now.
1 ★This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately having to fight with the computer to get up to a $25 dollar delivery fee, I just don't have time for. All I wanted was soup and a sandwich, not a hastle on a Sunday afternoon. Looks like I'll be heading to Postmates, it's only $15 TOTAL! WAYNE A CADDELL JR
2 ★Version 3.0.7 Totally deleted my previous signon information and order history. Manager's Specials are hidden in the Size selection category under each menu item. No notification that the order was received at the selected location. Took me 3 times as long to place an order as it has in the past.
3 ★Latest version of the app is worse...not sure why some of the good features such as previous orders to reorder have been removed...also the option to login using thumbprint...app is clunky as well...keep getting a message that the data time of pickup was not updated...also menu does not show the Managers Special
1 ★First it forced me to create an account. I ordered a take out but when I reached their store turns out they didn't received my order. I tried in store clicking on and place order button several times but it didn't go through. I ended up ordering over the counter.
2 ★Junk. App used to show previous orders and points. No more. But to make this even worse you can't submit an order. Tried this several times and the order will not transmit or submit. What a waste of time.
1 ★The app keeps misplacing my account and I have to reregister and then my orders don't get placed so when I show up on my way home from work there is no food for me. If I wanted to wait 30+ minutes for a to go order I wouldn't order ahead. this app leaves me HANGRY!
