1 ★Hopeless.lt doesn't offer anyboption of time and delivery slot, stating instead that all slots are full every day.
1 ★Horrible and Fraud App I used the app for the first time in April, after trying a lot found a slot and placed order. But the items were never delivered, we tried to call them on the customer care number but no one answers it ever. They also blocked the money and hold it in their wallet, very cunningly. You would neither be able to order further nor get a refund of your money. I want my money back in my card through which i had paid. The last option we are thinking of is to file a complaint.

1 ★Service is pathetic. When you start the service delivery will b on time. After some time deliveries will be late. Rather all deliveries are late when they see that you are a regular customer. Order is changed by grocio itself without any customer intimation. And the app is featureless for you to track the changes grocio made. No emails/messages are sent by grocio for order changes. They never reply to your emails. They never respond on whatsapp. just one word for there work is "pathetic".
1 ★Most disappointing experience! No one used to pick up the phone earlier, most of the time. Now even the call isn't getting through. Also sent them mail and a reminder. Despite the lockdown other e-retailers are delivering or at least getting in touch with their customers. Not these guys. No delivery, no refund , no response!!!
1 ★Terrible delivery system. No update as to whether they are coming or not. After not answering for 2 hours, when they finally pick up they say that they can't deliver (and now it's 3 hours after the delivery slot they had promised has ended). I wouldn't have minded if they had even sent a message saying the order might be delayed or cancelled. But the fact that they didn't even think it important to update the customer, especially as the order was already paid for, is inexcusable.
1 ★Extremely Poor Service. They take orders but out of their own wish they don't deliver anything that they don't have in stock, they don't care to inform the customer. Delivery date and time doesn't match with whatever you see on their app at the time of ordering. Customer care is useless, don't even receive repeated calls. Mr. Ram, their Manager, don't care to respond to customers repeated calls, even if received by mistake, very blatantly says, I'm busy right now... A bunch of unprofessionals.
