1. Download the app and order your groceries online
To order at Picnic you need the Picnic app. Download it now and register. You can collect all the groceries you need in the app as soon as you can order. Make a shopping list, and choose a delivery time. We’ll take care of the rest!
2. We take care of your shopping
Now it's our turn! As soon as we have all orders for the next day in, we send our shopping list to our baker, greengrocer, and the other suppliers. Once everything is neatly packed, we are ready to leave for your neighborhood. We keep the fresh products nice and cool in separate crates.
3. We deliver your groceries to your home for free

5 ★Great delivery service. Not the cheapest, but comparable with Ah prices. The luxery of delivery, the clear easy to use order app, and the friendliness of the delivery people make it more than worth it. Big difference with other delivery supermarkets: ordering free from fees above 25euros, eco awareness, friendliness build in all the steps of the service, great delivery times in the evening, with 20 minutes brackets accuracy, delivery to the kitchen, no obligations when subscribe. One warning: they have a waiting list for new customers. Can take a long time before they re able to service you. Took half year for me which wasn't clear when you subscribe.
5 ★A bit sceptical at first, but now I no longer buy groceries in the supermarket because of how convenient picnic is. It's affordable and especially easy for if you don't have the time or dont have the strength to carry heavy groceries regularly. App has been working well, with just some small issues with the car tracking. But in general works well.
4 ★It's a really handy app, but I think the minimum price for ordering is too high. €35 is very expensive specially if you're not buying veggies (you can if you want, they sell veggies and fruits, but you can't pick the perfect ones). That's why I'm giving them 4* instead of 5. But the app tells you when your groceries are on the way and they update you about the delivery time. And they take recyclable bottles (glass and plastic) and give you the money back. I'd recommend this app during quarentine
1 ★You need to sign up, give your address and phone number just to see the product selection. I want to see what you offer first and then I might use your app.
5 ★The service is excellent and you can choose the time of delivery within a 1 hour time slot. Brilliant. The prices are very competitive (similar to other supermarket chains) and they deliver at home. The app is easy to use but I would suggest adding the possibility of paying by PayPal and linking directly to the mobile banking apps at least of major banks eg ING, ABN-AMRO, etc
5 ★Excellent service! Ordered weekly for the last 4 weeks, shopping delivered on time by very pleasant, helpful drivers. Saves me a huge amount of time and effort. Highly recommended! I continue to be impressed by the quality of the goods and the level of service.
1 ★The app doesn't support English. Still wanted to give it a try. I could probably use it, if I could get to the menu or product list. But starting it just keeps showing one banner after another and keeps going in loop. Overall the experience was very bad. Please either support English or enable text selection, so that it can be copy pasted in other translator apps.
5 ★Both the application and the real life service are great. I was hesitant to use it but decided to use it. I was on the waiting list and for waiting I've received 5 freebies which I usually buy. You don't have to go into details to add the things to your cart and also if the thing is out of stock you get recommended to similar stuff which is great! When I've got my groceries today they also gave me a small hand written message which I loved it. ❤️ Great experience!
2 ★The app looks like a nice online shopping choice. But if you are an expat in the Netherlands (there are around 1m expats in NL), note that there is no English language choice. Not even a google translate option. There is French and Germen, though. I have been waiting for more than 2 years (a response, back then, said that they are working on English option), and now, I think I will remove it. Good luck. I will try others like Gorillas and Flink.
4 ★Convenient and easy to use; the delivery is always on time. The prices for most items are competitive. The only thing is that with some products there is little choice.
5 ★PicNic has excellent service, fast, clear app without all the BS noise ads. Also I hope they will keep their promises to keep prices low on behalf of their business model. I never have supported a grocery market before but Now I do! Quality is not a question but promise and everything can be dealt with within the app. Like: is your favorite item not in the supply chain? Their is a button for it to ask if they can put it in stock. Also a button for 'If something went wrong' And fast delivery
3 ★I have been using this app for a while now next to my normal grocery shopping. Sometimes I just use it as a list, sometimes I order. I don't like it that you upped the minimum order price from 25 euro to 35 euro. I am a 1 person household so I will use the app less this way. 35 euro is a whole week of groceries for me and since you don't have everything my supermarket has, I sometimes just won't order here. Delivery is always smooth, I like how I can track the little cart.
