1 ★Rubbish service. They have messed up the same order twice in one weekend! The driver does not ring the door bell and by the time the phone call comes to tell me the driver arrived, I get to the door and there's no-one there. AND no answer on the customer service number! So unimpressed! I was relying on this order and they have let me down twice. If I can't get an answer tonight I will delete this app and try someone else.
5 ★I love this delivery service to the doorstep. When I did my first online grocery purchase with RedMart I was not sure about the delivery service. On the day of delivery, I received a msg that the items will be delivered in 15 mins which was within my requested delivery schedule. The delivery guy was friendly and answered my queries and cleared my doubts. I am happy with their service and will continue my online purchases with RedMart.
5 ★Excellent way to not having to lug home your purchases. Good range of items, mostly priced in the lower range. However, that also means many items are only available on certain days. Delivery has always been within the time slot. Overall, very pleased with Redmart.

Not once, twice, but three times I could order items out of stock, book a slot to have them inform me an hr before that most of my $380++ order was not going to be delivered. I reorder- same thing happens, delivery showed up with ONE item. I find out they made multiple charges on my card in error, leading to it getting blocked by my bank, thanks for that. See an email from RedMart that they will refund my money via STORE CREDIT?! The audacity. Shocking
