2 ★Still bare spots in applied area. At one point, some sort of mushy dark green/black fungus started growing. I had to personally clean it out. West side of house is still like this with missing grass, 60 ft long. They had samples of the fungus sent to UCF and I never heard back about what it was. Tech failed to read special notes on multiple occasions.
5 ★The app works well helping me manage my lawn care.
1 ★Terrible, clunky app. Almost as bad as TruGreen themselves! Just getting the info for my service plan takes a good 30 seconds to load at minimum. Contact Us option just provides you with a phone number - really?? Google Assistant could have done that for me. Good luck getting them to come out when your lawn really needs it! It'll be half dead and full of crabgrass before they consider putting you on the schedule.
1 ★I paid for a year of service. The technician over processed my yard. Killing all my grass. The grass was so damaged that when raked it would peel away from the ground. The tech would stand in my front yard and spray the side of my yard instead of going in my backyard and spraying properly. I've called the company several times to resolved the problem I asked for my money back I'm still waiting. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
1 ★App has fundamental issues rendering it almost useless. I give it one star for displaying my name and address correctly. 1. Invoices open or display in unreadable format regardless of reader selected. 2. App shows a service call "treatment" was done and displays charge but in another part of app it is showing no treatments done this year. 3. After hours "Send Message" for call back feature doesnt take input and locks up app. making you have to close and reopen to use it.
3 ★It seems like a nice app, with helpful features. But in my first several uses, it has not been intuitive, some features highlighted in the screenshots don't seem to be available, and it seems more focused on selling additional services than managing an account. I'm glad they have it, and I'll continue to use it, but I hope they can make it more user-friendly.
3 ★More features to Trugreen app users needed to schedule the appointment or add additional contact info like husband, wife, sister, son, etc. Service reports and notes have to be added here. Next service date have to be added here. Billing info and property address service info have to be separated out. Landlord and tenants scenario info have to be added. One landlord may have 10 rental houses and 10 different tenants, 10 different addresses and contact info. Trugreen app needs more enhancements.
4 ★The APP can be slow, but it gives you all the info you. Slowness comes from TruGreen, website is just as slow
1 ★The App is nice in a snap shot but I have a couple of issues with it. First you cannot schedule services. Secondly the Help with services errors everytime I try to submit the request. I always have to end up calling the service number and waiting on hold for a lengthy auto menu to make a simple task!
3 ★Past experiences. I believe that we're on the right track. I'm waiting for the end results, so what more can I say?? Thank you.. This is the best improvement that we've obtained in the two year's of attempting to improve the lawn. I want the best yard in the area. With your guidance and assistance, we should accomplish this...
2 ★App itself is almost worthless. Cumbersome to navigate. Impossible to see what service you had (actually descriptions, chemicals and items used). Date of last service shows up good.. If you want to buy something it works great of course. Almost seems sketchy as to what they are doing.
5 ★I like the integration, notifications and financial management this app creates. Some future features could be. An option to not leave the marker in the yard, leave a comment about how the person did (some are more thorough than others) and postpone scheduled service.
