How to install Lightspeed APK on Android phone or tablet?

2 ★Update. Finally got in to the survey after the update on 27-November, but only when using wifi. It wouldn't work on 3G. The survey hasn't started yet so no idea if it'll work smoothly or not, but so far it seems OK. Just needs wifi to use and/or get started. This is a survey-by-invitation only app. You can't participate or earn incentives just by downloading. Fairly warned be thee, says I.
