5 ★I had to download the app because I used the quiosk and it timed out after trying to refresh. I created a account and it said it would be added, but when I logged in on the app I had a zero balance. 🥺 It took my money and no one was in the building. 😒So I downloaded the app, added money and started my washer. I was starting a chat when a employee came in.👀 I explained the issue and she called 📞her supervisor and gave me the money back. 🤑The app was easy to use and my problem was handled. 🙃
5 ★Relatively clean, easy to use, takes both quarters or the app on the phone, has a bathroom WITH a door, and decently priced. My clothes have always come out clean, and aside from the random person trying to buy drugs, it's alright.
1 ★Dryer 3 stopped immidiately with airflow error, no refund option. It was set to 20 minutes, after selecting continue, 1 minute was on the screen and then it stopped, lost my money. Then i put my clothes to dryer 2 and same thing happened lost my money again. I paid 2 times and was left with a bunch of wet clothes. Luckily dryer 1 worked after i paid 3 times for one 20min drying. Online support never came online and the support email does not exist.
4 ★Easy, peasy ... But no means of clearing a mistake ... Added 110822: Great until the app will not come up, a pain in the butt when you are not expecting to get change and the machine is loaded. Great until the app doesn't come up (of course, after loading the washer). What's the point if you must bring cash just in case.
1 ★App is nice but I cannot add a card to charge the account. I have been trying since 6 months. It gives continuously an error when entering the postal code although my card is not linked to it. Useless field in Spain and rest of Europe.
4 ★I have had virtually no problems with this app. There is sometimes a little lag, but 9/10 it connects to the appropriate washer or dryer on the first try.
5 ★Great customer service! The whole laundry mat is clean including the restroom. Cool atmosphere I absolutely love it and the machines are up to date and you can download the app and control the machines with your phone. I super dig it.

1 ★I will be uninstalling this app as soon as I have used the credit I put on it. It is too easy to select and pay for the wrong machine and it is then impossible to get a refund. The customer service on the app is then less than helpful. I was cut off before I could finish my complaint and when I reconnected, it was clear they were not listening to the nature of my complaint and didn't offer to take any action until prompted.
