1 ★I got a charge point HomeFlex and I thought this app would have alot more data about power usage. It needs real time kW and better tracking. The graph is very simple and only lets you scroll in 15 min increments. I want to see my power usage out of the home flex per day, hours, min. Something like the DTE insight app.
5 ★Decent app, good chargers, cost varies by site as each location sets their own pricing. Adding a card via the app fails, same card added via Google works normally. Others reporting same issue and adding a card via their website seems to work instead as well.
4 ★Beyond useful. This app is a requirement if you drive an EV. Five stars all around. However; we heed a CP plug-in for the Waze app. So that as we drive around, CP locations are displayed on within Waze. Gas stations are... why not CP statikns?
1 ★Report a problem with a charging station is only for decoration. Got a message Failed to provide report after multiple attempts. All they care about is to get your money.
5 ★Pretty well done app and overall great experience. Especially compared to other EV charging provider apps
2 ★App / charge card won't work with UK Osprey rapid chargers. Tried everything including connecting their service via the app. Both Osprey and ChargePoint are scratching their heads as to why it is broken. Until it's fixed I will be giving 2 stars.
3 ★The app itself is decent but there's no customer service for people who do not have a ChargePoint charger at home. I've reported several problems with a station, I got automated replies, but no human intervened.
1 ★Password wrong no matter what. Reset. Copy and paste same thing, says it's wrong. Works on the website. Will. It work with the app no matter how many times it's reset.
2 ★App is is barely usable from end user side. 1. Cannot update my payment method if I have a negative balance without logging into the website. 2. Payment method located in "My Profile", who does that, add a tab for it. 3. Cannot simply remove my payment method thru the app. 4. Cannot update mailing address without getting a new Chargepoint Card. 5. No tutorials for new EV owners.
2 ★Filters are pretty bad at finding anything other than ChargePoint or Tesla chargers. The map even shows a Blink charger on screen but the app says there's no charger and won't let me click on it. I used it, it's there.
1 ★Looks like this is an app you either love or hate. Have to uninstall. Does not allow me to enter my 2021 vehicle (only goes to 2020) and says there are NO charging stations in the city where I live, which I know is not true. Also would not let me enter payment info. Too bad. Looks like a lot of people like this app, but it won't work for me. :(
4 ★Good so far. However, I HATE that I have to automatically add $10 when I get to $5. Just let me add $40 and then add more when I get to $5. Or better, let us chose what we need when we need it.
