1 ★Pretty crappy. Often tells me gate closed twice, once about 5mins after it closed then hours later eventhough it hasn't opened. Also APP so slow in opening it was faster to buy a traditional remote and keep it in my truck. C'mon guys, you can do better. This just in: app told me seven times in a row Gate closed by remote, gate is open....
2 ★Setup was fairly simple. The major issue I'm having is lag. Sometimes when going to open or close the gate, it does nothing. Sometimes it will start to show it's going to operate with the rotating white circle. But then it just stops & shows whatever position it was in. Then randomly later, it operates. Woke up this morning to my gate open because 15 minutes after it closed, it opened again due to me tapping the button in the app twice & it just lagging. Missing other features as well.
1 ★This is by far the worst smart phone application I've ever used. I know active drug users who are more reliable than this application. After 6 months I can say with absolute confidence that it is not worth the premium you have to pay to get this feature. Do not buy this product.
2 ★Nice app, but doesn't work.... the design is simple and easy to use, however, it is constantly frozen, won't load, it shows there's no power when there is, lags when trying to open, and is generally unreliable (only works 40% of the time) ...if the app worked, it would be nice if there were a widget and if it had a "hold open" function
1 ★Poorly designed & unsafe to use. Have problems since installing to use app. The app doesn't always work when you to open gate. Both my husband and I have had problems opening gate with no communication to the box. Then 2 hours later the gate randomly opens & closes on its own. What if in an emergency especially a fire & need to evacuate?
2 ★This app is terrible. We need to try multiple times to get it to connect to open or close the gate. There needs to be much improvements made including a schedule for opening and closing.
1 ★App will not send me an email so I can verify my email address, so it won't let me sign in. However, when I try to re-create an account, says an account already exists. I have contacted the app developer; awaiting a reply. 5/31, still awaiting a confirmation email. Still awaiting a response from developers.
1 ★App is pretty much useless. Constantly having trouble just getting it to load from the login screen. Just circles and circles or will say "cannot connect to Mighty Mule". How can you sell a "smart device" such as the garage door opener I purchased when the app doesn't hardly ever work. Also there is no Google Assistant integration to be found even though it's advertised. 1 star. Absolutely pitiful.

1 ★Just like so many other reveiws here. Setup was easy and worked ok the first week. Sometimes it wouldn't send the signal to open or close until the 10th try. Now the app won't even open on my phone reinstalled it and it opened once but wouldn't open the gate now it won't open again.
