1 ★System is totally unreliable. Doors routinely open/close randomly on own. Major security risk!!! Geofence does not work. Door movement and light audio notifications work about half the time. Text notifications include so much extraneous information they are totally useless. We have tried everything to get the system to work but have had no success. Entrematic customer support does not even bother to respond to our inquiries and trouble reports. Have to wonder if company is still in operation!
1 ★App frequently disconnects from router. Door opens/closes at random times. Door activity not reported in a timely manner, about 50%of the time. PLEASE remove the light notification alerts. Just show it's status on the app. ALSO, stop notifications for each individual activity, such as "door closing starts", "door closing". Just indicate if it's open or closed, period.
1 ★Was always flakey, but now it stopped working completely - can't connect to the server. I suspect since GTO has very low market share - they just decided to shutdown their servers to save some buck, leaving users with no access from cellular.
2 ★If you want it to open and close your door, it'll do that. Otherwise, it's juvenile. Disable alerts for the light? Not happening. The GUI is a hot mess. They're more worried about GeoFencing that is clunky than actually digging into the details. I won't go into the security flaws they've had but as someone who loves the underdog, I'm probably going to dump this opener into the trash and buy an ick... Chamberlain/Liftmaster
1 ★It is hit or miss if it actually works. I have never seen the geofencing ever work. The activity history is useless since it registers every single moment the back up battery is charging which essentially means you can see the last time or two the garage was opened at best. It also doesn't tell you which device opened or closed it. Over the two years I've used this app, it has become less reliable.
1 ★Half of the time my phone won't register to close the door so I have to do it manually. Then 10 minutes later it will finally register and open my door when I've left. Now I'm short a dirt bike and snowboard. Thanks.

4 ★PLZ make app moveable to SD! Have had an error message a few times saying beam was blocked when it wasn't but the opener did still work. Went away after last update. App is not sending notifications every time door is operated.. Just from the main remote, wall station & app (not second remote or keypad) Setup fairly easy. Overall happy. Paired with the Amarr 860 opener which I like very much. Update.. Notifications are now working with all remotes. Thanks.
1 ★I like this product. Smaller than I thought, very easy to pair remote control & wireless keypad. Works great with IFTTT. My sole complaint is the geofencing, which was the main reason I bought this. It's very spotty. I've left and returned to my house on several occasions and the geofencing only worked 25% of the time. Very disappointing. Part 2. Geofencing still spotty. Over the past week, the garage door has opened 4times by itself. I had to use the disconnect pull string to the garage door and now it does not re-engage. The email address on free app AND the email address I received from the developer in response to my first review are both bad, I continue to receive error messages saying the email address is no good. I'm REALLY regretting this purchase.
