Sua instalação é gratuita, mas para utiliza-lo é necessário possuir um dos seguintes softwares e equipamentos Tecnomotor em sua última versão: Rasther PC (Rasther 3, Rasther 3S, Rasther BOX), Common Rail PC (TM 510, TM 513, TM 509), Rasther Aligner e Tecno Aligner 3D (TM 710 e TD 1200). O aplicativo é mais uma ferramenta on line para o reparador Tecnomotor tirar suas duvidas e solicitar suporte ao Apoio Técnico da Tecnomotor.O TecnoZap utiliza conexão de Internet do seu aparelho (4G / 3G ou Wi-Fi, conforme disponíbilidade) para que você possa enviar mensagens, imagens ou vídeos.
Como usar o TecnoZap:
Abra o TecnoZap e informe o número de série do equipamento, o aplicativo enviará um código validador no email que foi registrado junto ao software do produto, basta inserir esse código informado no email no TecnoZap para liberar o aplicativo, após esse procedimento basta iniciar o atendimento. A cada 30 dias um novo código de validação será solicitado para melhor controle dos usuários e qualidade dos serviços prestados.
