In addition, new features will be added in the near future. it is also an event driven social network. Users can list personal, private, and public events. The events can be anything, birthday, anniversary, wedding, engagement, social party, graduation party new year, Chinese new year. Christmas, Eid, month of Ramadan, Hanukkah, mother day, father day, valentine day, and school and university courses. There is no restriction on the events to be listed, as long as they meet general legal, ethical, and decency requirements, policies, and guidelines. The event can be several days long, or several weeks long.
Users that are members of an even, they can blog and send messages together. They can also upload picture and videos related to the event to share with other members of the events. Public events are open for all users.
Users can attach a map to the location of the event. Also, user can list items for sale to other users. MyEventia takes not responsibility what so ever about any kind of financial transactions between users.
MyEventia has many optional plug-ins. User can activate his/her choice of the optional plug-ins by clicking on the button "Activate Plug-in" in the dashboard.
Users who are looking for more privacy and security, MyEventia has a plug-in to enable users to use and log-in to a third party known messenger which uses proven encryption to protect messages, chat, and video calls. However, users will need to set-up a separate account with the third party messenger to use the service.
