El CONGRESO POR es un espacio donde se reencuentran cada año los Profesionales Oficiales de Reserva de las FF.MM. con el fin de renovar su compromiso de servicio a la Patria.
Cada año es organizado por una de las 3 Fuerzas y en 2017 la Fuerza Aérea es la anfitriona. Se espera que más de 500 POR se concentren en el Centro Recreacional de Cafam de Melgar, donde recibirán la mayor parte de la instrucción y visiten nuestro Comando Aéreo de Combate No 4 para conocer las capacidades de nuestra Fuerza Aérea
