1 ★OMG! How frustrating and unintuitive is this 'new and improved' version. Honestly...trying to search is painful, trying to scroll through with it's stupid new wave like pattern, which then you have to 'load more', you get kicked back to the start when you back out of viewing an option. How do I get the old version back. If they keep this without refining it...I won't be bothered again.
1 ★Since the app overhaul the app is incredibly slow, often taking minutes just to start. The new user interface is confusing, and the whole thing is a massive step backwards in terms of usability. Unless it improves before next year's subscription, it's unlikely I will renew my subscription. A once good product is now incredibly frustrating to use.
2 ★Since the update I can no longer search what I want to in the app, I can only see what is "near me". This is so stupid and frustrating, please just bring back the old version which worked perfectly well!! Edit: the search function is now working properly which is great, but it still takes quite a while for the app to load which is frustrating
1 ★The app updates every time I open it and it takes ages, so you find yourself waiting for the app while someone is waiting for you to pay. It would be better if the app gave you an option to update or not like the previous version did. I also find the search function dreadful. I don't know why it doesn't work but it doesn't find offers I can see are there. Need an update to fix the bugs here please! Also the map view is not up to date for newly opened chain stores.
1 ★Since the update you can't search for anything. You can type in to the search bar but there is no button to push when you are finished. Sometimes certain restaurants disappear (which you have had to try to find in the first place since you can't search for it directly) but then later on they reappear. I wish I'd got the hard copy as it is now too much effort to actually use. I paid too much money for this for it to not work.
1 ★App is stuck on loading screen or black screen. Tried reinstalling but still the same. Used it once so far but am not able to get the app to work now on samsung galaxy s10. Also if you go out of the app while using it, eg looking at a menu of a restaurant or their website, some of the functions on the app doesnt work like locating my location using near me. edit. issue fixed by uninstalling then turning phone off and on and reinstalling. 2nd edit: after a while the problem persists.
4 ★Great app but since the November update it's painfully slow and searching is not as easy. Before when you wanted to search you either tap 'near me' and up pops a map with local offers, or you tap 'search icon' and the keyboard appears with a flashing cursor ready to type. Now when you tap on the 'search icon' you either have to tap again on either the invisible search bar (it's hard to find as it's white on the exact same white background which is most of the screen) for the keyboard to slowly appear so you can then begin typing; or tap 'near me' the extra steps make it much slower and less intuitive than it used to be. I wish i hadn't updated it. Also the FAQ page no longer loads from the app and i have to search in google instead of the app. Furthermore since the update it has listed my phone as being 2 users. The concept is great but the execution of the latest update is what makes me downgrade this app.
1 ★This app is somehow worse than the old version of this app (still available if you also have an iphone). Has to update everytime you load it. The map service often doesn't work. The search function is hard to use. One you select somewhere the voucher redeem function often doesnt appear and when you click on it, it doesn't work and will just freeze the app.
1 ★The updated version is INCREDIBLY painful to drive!!! Absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait for it to 'Load...' while standing waiting to pay! But wait it gets worse! THEN you have to search through which pre update was never an issue... But this version is SO unintuitive, clumsy & delayed. I will not be purchasing this app again.
1 ★Really disappointed with this new update not working - cant search, offers disappear and reappear at will. What has been even more frustrating is that it has been over a month now and still no fix in sight despite all the other negative user feedback. You say your working on this - please provide an ETA when this will be resolved or rollback to the old model immediately please.

Stay tuned as we know the new app is rubbish, you can't search properly, it updates slowly every time you open it, and you can't redeem offers sometimes. But we also know that you can't do anything about it, and it's not costing us any money as you've already paid for it, so we'll just ignore you and hope it blows over. 1 ★The standard "Thanks for your feedback...watch this space etc." response is tired now. Switch it back to how it was or make the changes now as your customers have spoken! This app is appalling and super frustrating. Was there no customer trials prior to going live? The search function is painful, the load time is painful, the whole experience is painful!
